The location is verrrry bad not suitable for tourists, awful actually, too much biggers and they don't leave you till you give them all your money. NOT SAFE PLACE AT ALL Very expensive hotel compared to other hotels in nicer places, rooms are not clean bugs in the rooms every where. Bad smell in the reciption, in the corridors, in the rooms, everywhere there is a very bad smell makes your nose cry and escape from your face to smell fresh air outside the hotel. The food in the restaurant is suitable for Indians only not suitable for tourists, all types of food are sooooo spicy and hotttt because of the too much spices and chili added to the food, me and my daughters 15 years and 5 years ate fries and green salad for the whole stay to avoid the indian hot and spicy food. Once i asked for a fresh fries plate in my room for my little kid, it served to us with a dirty tissue in the plate next to the fries, we made a complaint and did not eat the fries, THE RECEIPTION SUPERVISOR IS TOTALLY AWARE OF THIS COMPLAINT AND I MADE ANOTHER COMPLAINT IN THE CHECK OUT BECAUSE OF THE BUGS AND THEY SAID SORRY AND MADE A SLIGHT DISCOUNT ON THE EXTRAS BILL, BUGS WHERE IN ROOM NUMBER 118 Drivers are driving hysterically in Delhi i had a problem with my back because of the bad driving habits in New Delhi. We had an awful experience whith this hotel and with New Delhi in general. Booking.com you recommended this hell to us and i am very sad that i trusted your recommendation in Delhi 😠

Location is close to the airport but about an hour from the city

Neat and clean,but I would not recommend this place .arrived 2 in morning with my children’s ,no body helped to take baggage in room,same in morning,if u want to order car for airport be sure u order before 4hrs at hotel,how comes u call it four star hotel,don’t trust staff there.waist of money😭🙈

Overall good experience.

Environment is really exceptional. Large .. specious reception lobby with very good buffet lounge...Room very good. AC very cold. Their buffet complimentary breakfast was also very good. Lot of items and good quality foods.. you can order luchi.. egg omlette .. dosa... overall very good breakfast. Reception persons are very helpful. Checking was done in 2 minutes and Checkout was done is 30 sec. Only that it is not close from Delhi... 30 minutes to Delhi... but I choose this because it was very close from Gourgaon..20 min and very close from Airport 15 min but it was very cheap. Next time I will come here again.
