Para quem pretender a tranquilidade do campo a poucos quilómetros de Roma, este é o alojamento ideal. Tudo muito bem organizado e de uma limpeza excecional.

Comfortable room with en suite and the use of a pool good patio area in front of room.
The security gate I had an Italian Sim but not for international calling which was required to open gate remotely but had to WhatsApp the accom or push the button on the gate which really wasn't a big Hassel.

wonderful location, only 30 minutes’ drive from the centre Rome and yet immersed in beautiful countryside and unbelievably peaceful. immaculately clean, exceptional provision of everything you might need or want and an extraordinarily accommodating host who did not mind in the least welcoming me to his property at something after 12:30am in the middle of the night. charming and immensely hospitable. ridiculously good value for your money.

I loved this place! The family who run it are lovely, considerate, helpful but not intrusive. A fully stocked kitchen is available at any time as well as a variety of breakfast foods you can eat whenever you want. The pool is lovely in the heat of summer. The area is gorgeous- Italian countryside at its best. I could have stayed there for ages.
Minor things- I was on my own, but would have prefered a larger bed than a single.
Can't even complain about the hot water, because the hosts took care of the problem before I even complained, and followed up to make sure all was well.

Everything. SUPER well equipped, clean room, very kind hosts that take the time to explain but don't bother. Even bought vegan ingredients for my breakfast (thank you!!! I loved the yogurt you bought). Honestly, it's so so great!!! Keep doing what you are doing.
