A localização é excelente, ótimo preço, é servido um bom café da manhã, estacionamento de fácil acesso.
Alguém do Íbis me ligou durante o dia informando que se não fizesse o check in até às 18 horas minha reserva seria cancelada, achei o cúmulo, um hotel onde a recepção é 24 horas e eu havia informado que estava a caminho e que seria certeza minha hospedagem, me impor horário de chegada. E ao chegar eu fui direcionado para um quarto destinado a PNE e bem em frente ao elevador onde pessoas faziam barulho e conversavam a noite toda.

The size of the room, the bed, not having a iron available in the room, clogged sink, poor quality breakfast.

Location is top to make Party.
The water in the sink drained very slowly. It was probably clogged. Also, there was no towel available to dry the hands. However, a shower towel was available.

The staff was polite and was able to respond to immediate issues.
My room was not serviced on Wednesday Sept. 22nd. It was forgotten by the crew. Evening/night shift personnel was able to help me providing clean towels and removing/disposing off the trash.
Another issue that is typical in all Ibis hotels is the low illumination intensity in the apartments. The illumination project desing is done like that so that the light is soft. This is more comfortalbe when you want to rest, but if you need to work from home at the computer - something very usual these days for business travellers - then the low illumination is a negative aspect. I suggest Ibis to re-think the illumination, at least in the desk and at the mirrors where you may need more light.
