During our recent trip to Bologna, we had the pleasure of staying at a delightful property located in a quiet and safe residential area, just a leisurely 30-minute walk from the city center. The hosts were incredibly welcoming, helpful, and genuinely dedicated to ensuring that all our needs were met. One of the highlights for us was the self-check-in option, which we found convenient and hassle-free. It allowed us the flexibility to arrive at our own pace without feeling rushed or dependent on specific timings. The property itself was immaculate and we were pleased to find that the apartment provided all the necessary amenities to ensure a comfortable stay for the duration of our trip. Additionally, the breakfast served was satisfactory, providing us with enough to start our day. The real treat, however, was the shaded terrace perfectly suited for enjoying our breakfast.

An excellent example of what can be achieved in an apartment. Three guest rooms and a well-presented common area with a terrace. Paolo has done a fine job of creating a comfortable bnb. Also, he is friendly and helpful

The room was beautiful, furnished with much love and eye for detail. Beds were comfy and the room had everything needed for a short or longer stay. Breakfast was plenty and nicely arranged on a balcony.

Good location to get into the old town, unfortunate timing when we went with the flash flooding so the neighbourhood wasn’t good for walking. Bedroom was great and comfortable, good size and had everything we needed. Breakfast was great and nice place to stay.

the bed was big and confy, AC was working well, it was easy to check in and check out, the neighbourhood is quiet and felt safe

The B&B is in a nice neighbourhood and is well connected to the railwaystation as well as the city center. Our room was perfect and sweet. The hosts were just great. We can only recommend it.
