It was 5 minutes away from Al Masjid an Nabawi.. the rooms were big and clean.. the staff were very friendly and helpful like they provided everything we asked for 👍🏼

The bed wasn’t comfortable and when traveling the hotel doesn’t let you check in early so either the hotel charge when this was a request of mine

الاستقبال و رحابة الموظفين و اوقات باص الحرم و الموقع ممتاز و تسجيل الدخول كان ممتاز ع الوقت ما تاخروا

خدمة تنظيف الغرف بطيئة و ما يجون ينظفون حتى لو اعطينا خبر للاستقبال بموعد رجعتنا للغرفة

extremely friendly staff, very clean, very accurate bus schedule to the Prophet mosque, very flexible concerning check in and check out, one leveled flat road to the Mosque, so if walk to the mosque, it is not a big problem.

Breakfast is served in a box delivered to the room, no choices, very moderate quality. Price is much higher than the same grade hotel in Makkah, I mean 4 times more expensive.

الفندق ممتاز والتعامل راقي من قبل الموظفين والعاملين دخلونا اول ماوصلنا مع ان وصولنا كان الساعه ٩صباحا من دون ان يحسبون علينا يوم جديد وتم بالاحتفاظ بالعفش عندهم بعد الساعه ٤ وقت الخروج صراحه تعامل ممتاز الموقع ممتاز ٥دقائق بالسياره والمدخل من عند الجهه الشماليه للمسجد النبوي وباب ٢٥بالنسبه للنساء الغرفه مريحه ونظيفه ومطله والرائحه عطره في كل مكان

القيمه عاليه لو كانت اقل كان افضل سعره مثل سعر الفنادق القريبه جدا من الحرم النبوي

Too old bed that spring is almost poking you

The hotel is clean and there is no bother also the shuttle service to masjid very good.the receptionist and clean boy in the morning shift only are helpful and kind.

We are two adults and two kids under 5 years ..they give only two bottles waters and if you request more they will not accept it in easy way especially the receptionist in the night shift, also the hotel is little expensive compare to the ones nearest to masjid.

Being a 1.5 km away from Masjid Nabvi and Roza e Rasool. However, they offer free pick and drop from hotel to Masjid Nabvi before every prayer time.

Quite good staff..thank you to all the staff Receptionist and cleaner.

It's nothing compared to what it looks like in photo the staff were very good no doubts also the shuttle service was really bad I was also overcharged 500 sar really disappointing overall would never go again
