الفندق نظيف وقريب من الحرم النبوي وموظفين الفندق كانوا ممتازين جداً

السعر مبالغ فيه بالرغم ليس هناك موسم ثانياً المصاعد بعيده عن الغرف ودورة المياه صغيره جداً

Good Location.

The the odd mattress was springy and not comfortable. They could also do with some better food shops in the shopping mall.

الاثاث قديم جلست ساعه وربع عند الاستقبال عشان اخلص اجرائات الدخول عدم توفر مواقف لنزلاء الفندق

الانتظار لمدة 40 دقيقة عشان مافي الا موظف واحد يخدمك تسوي تشك ان، الغرف كانت اطلالة عالمدينة ولكن الواقع انها مطله على فندق مجاور والشبابيك تكشف بالليل والنهار يعني خصوصية وتهوية 0 ! اللوبي مافيه جلسات كافيه الفطور زحمة وطوابير

رائحة الممرات في الفندق سيئة وكذلك أسعار الإفطار والعشاء مبالغ فيها جداً للشخص وكذلك سعر الغرفه مبالغ فيه توقعت ان يكون الفندق أرقى وانظف وافضل من اللي شفت بناءً على سعره كان سعر الغرفه لليله 1570 ريال

It’s very old property and bathroom was stingy

Just the location is good but not excellent . But the staff especially at the bfast restaurant were rude . The receptionist are in professional . The manager on duty doesn’t even acknowledge wrong is made to a customer . It took me 3 hours to call continuously from my room to check out . I almost lost zuhr sallah . I had to rush go and come back

It’s not clean . The toilets seats are old model and not suitable . Some of the tiles connected to the bath tap is broken

I phoned more than once to come fix my shower and no one came at all, the shower was scalding hot!!

Whenever we need the staff they do not response

The location was amazing.

The room could have been cleaner. Please be mindful of the number of guests for amenities when preparing the room.

The property is very close to the Masjid and the breakfast was amazing.

We needed to change the keycards everyday because they would not work, there is no cold showers only hot and when we called for maintenance he told us that’s how it is and when we would make calls for needing towels or something it would never come.

Perfect location, close to the mosque.,and other amenities. Hotel staff extremely helpful and permitted late checkout.

Our suite was nice and comfy.

Breakfast was disappointing.

The bed was very comfortable.

The hotel has slow service. I asked for an ironer and it was delivered to me almost an hour later. Also, The delay in check in & out. You will spend a long time getting checked in. And am talking about when you are infront of the desk. Not mentioning the long queue you will face before that. And i have even spent 15 minutes in queue just to hand them the key card when i was checking out. Just to spend 10 seconds at the front desk because the room was paid up front. Something i have never faced in my life.
