Really nice and spacious accommodation in a quiet neighborhood with a satisfying breakfast each morning. It was nice that a bike could be borrowed which allowed me to experience the countryside. Very good value. It's certainly a place I would love to come back to.

None really. On my first night, finding dinner in Zweeloo/Aalden turned out to be impossible at 8 PM. Carry some backup meals in case you do not have a car.

Excellent service, felt at home immediately, I would reccommend this place if you want to relax, enjoy nature and see beautiful places like Emmen and Assen. I am fore sure I will book again ,host was friendly and helpfull. Excellent breakfast

Everything. The woman in charge was so sweet. The rooms were simple but had everything we needed. The bathroom was amazing! The beds were a little harder but I prefer this over too soft like in bigger hotels, I slept very well! The breakfast was very tasty with fresh products. The garden was beautiful. I'm really surprised at the quality of our stay when you compare it to the price.

The only thing that we noticed was that there were cobwebs and some spiders in them on the ceiling in the rooms. I'm a little scared of spiders so I rather not have them in the rooms. But that is the only thing!

The cottage is clean, cosy and welcoming. I loved the homely decor and extra touches (plants and fresh spring flowers), as well as the view of the garden from my bedroom window. It had everything I needed: WiFi, TV, fridge, microwave, gas cooker, comfortable bed and adjustable heating etc. There is a large outdoor area just for guests: table and chairs on the patio, undercover seated area and a lawned area with picnic table. All great for watching and listening to the many birds or watching the horses in the neighbouring field. The cottage is a short drive away from dolmen (hunebedden) D49, D50 and D51. I enjoyed my restful break here, thank you Hennie!
