O Apartamento está mto bem cuidado, extremamente confortavel, tinha tudo o que era preciso. A vista absolutamente impecável. A D Susana uma simpatia. A garagem dava para um carro , mto boa também. O condomínio mto calmo e bem cuidado também.

Location outstanding. Beautiful view of sea and beach, close to excellent restaurants and supermarkets. Apartment is spacious and light and airy, everything you need in the kitchen and with really comfortable beds. There is a very fancy shower in one of the bathrooms and a lovely bath in the other. Susana was a great host.

Last guests were obviously pigs and had left burnt pans with old food hidden on windowsill and in recycling etc outside which cleaners missed but really no big deal at all and poor Susana was horrified. Apartment was otherwise absolutely and completely spotlessly clean.

The location of the apartment is very nice, just across the street from the beach. There are a few restaurants in vicinity with seefood, attracting prices and good service, and two cafes 1 min walk from the apartment. Despite active traffic till midnight, it is not noisy inside the flat. Susana was very helpful, when we contacted her and asked for some advice. She replied immediately. We were also very happy, when Susana let us in the apartment somewhat earlier before checkin time. We came a little erlier and were very tired after a long trip by car. A welcome drink of local Port vine was much appreciated by us. Underground parking with a special slot belonging to this apartment is also a very important feature. It is not only save and protection from heat, it is just garantees a parking place near the beach, which is otherwise occupied from early morning till very late evening. To sum up, we have found everything in the aparment what we needed.

The flat is perfect. It consists of big kitchen, two separate bedrooms, two bathrooms and living room with a great oceanview . In the underground is closed garage. The flat is fully equipped – kitchen with dishes,toaster, coffee machine,dishwasher etc., in bathroom towels, soap, shampoo etc.; in rooms 3xTV, DVD player, books…There is also iron, ironing board and washer. Everything is very clean. To the nearest supermarket is about 500m and along the beach is plenty of bars and restaurants. The flat is very quiet. The owners - Luis and Susana are very nice and helpful people. It`s really great place to spend holiday 😊

Perfect apartment, equipped with everything. We spent 2 weeks there and felt like at home. Big safe private underground garage, fully equipped kitchen, awesome view from the balcony. I was working from home office and the Wifi was just perfect. The key handover was fast and on time like agreed. Susana answered to all our questions fast. There is a bus going to Porto just a few minutes walk, or Uber will take you to the center for about 8EUR. A supermarket is close and at walking distance or LIDL 2 minutes by car. I will absolutely target to come back and enjoy another wonderful stay like this. You will not regret staying there!
