den Aufenthalt noch schöner gemacht.

Merci à Florinda, qui parle couramment le français, pour son accueil chaleureux et ses bonnes adresses qui nous ont permis de passer un superbe séjour. Elle s'est montrée de plus très disponible. La très bonne situation de la location, dans le centre historique et peu éloignée des rives du Douro, permet de visiter et de profiter pleinement des charmes de la ville de Porto. Une très bonne adresse !

Although there was a slightly unpleasant incident, overall the accommodations were fine. The room was clean.

Perfect location! Easily to go everywhere in historical center.
Best view to Douro! We were so lucky to have sunshine in terrace every morning!
Florinda is such an adorable woman! I fell into the Atlantic Ocean ( yes, it happened…) before check in and got my shoes socks and pants wet, so I left them in her store, it was so surprised that I found them dried when I came back later in late afternoon! I’ll never forget that moment and almost cried!
And she recommended us many cozy restaurants and places of interest to go.
We even stayed a whole day in room to enjoy it!
We already planned to come back to Florinda next time in summer.

Transports en commun très proche, y compris pour pouvoir se rendre à l'aéroport.
Petit restau et pub très sympas dans le quartier a moins de 750 m.
Pas de chaîne française sur la Tv lors du sejour où la pluie était au rdv durant 6 jours sur 7

The view of Porto, Portugal was amazing from the terrace. the apartment was spacious and the people were very accommodating.

Great location. Lovely decor. Lots of room in the communal areas. Lovely balcony. Everything you needed..Nice hosts.
Mattresses were OK but the ones on the bunk beds were really hard and we couldn't sleep on them.
Towels in bathroom quite thin. Limited wardrobe space

The terrace was truly wonderful. We loved sitting outside in the evening and morning. Amazing views. Also the beds were very comfortable. Normally sofa beds aren't so I was pleasantly surprised. Very clean. Bathroom was nice. Location wise, it was pretty great. Not too far from anything, mainly very quiet.
It is expensive. I know that part of that is the view but I do think it was slightly overpriced. We arrived late so it would have been nice to have a small snack or something available in the fridge. Or I'd have liked a list of takeaway restaurants nearby that were good rather than sit down as we were very tired.

so close to all of the big sights in Porto, but the neighborhood is quiet and peaceful. Dona Florinda is so helpful and gracious, with great recommendations of what to do and where to eat. she even made reservations for us a couple of times. super clean and modern apartment with a lovely view from the terrace. a wonderful place to spend our first time in Portugal.
would have liked to have coffee ready for the coffee machine. we only had a couple of tea bags offered complimentary. BUT nothing negative could compete with the wonderful customer service and warmth of Florinda!

Location is in the historical area with good view of the river.
There are never any toiletries at all . I booked 2 rooms and in my friends room the shower was broken. We told the owner who did nothing about it and we were there for 4 days. It was apparantly broken for the people before us as well.

Florinda and her husband were amazing. Very hospitable. Locations was PERFECT! Easy access to all the sites around. View from the terrace was amazing, as well.

Close to the main attractions, but on a quiet street. Apartment was nice and comfortable. You will have all the kitchen appliances if you wish to cook. Upon arrival Florinda gave us a warm welcome and suggested places to see and where to eat. Thank you! :)
Minor things were unconvenient - there was no soap and shoverhead hanger was broken.

The location was good, it seemed clean. but it was tiny. we stayed in a similar priced place in Lisbon in a similar location, Which was 3 times the size.
it seemed clean, but we were bitten by so many bed bugs!.. Also there was no coffee or even soap in the shower. The owner owned a shop next door, so you had to go there to get anything. Smart business.

The appartmentt is excellent, Florinda & Victor are great hosts. The room we had was the one with the patio, absolutely brilliant.. the area is not touristy , more local but very busy with great bars etc.

A great apartment in an excellent location. The owner was friendly and very helpful for places to eat and visit. there’s plenty of space in the apartment, the kitchen is good and a lovely view.
