Dusche nicht gut Wasser läuft aus der Kabine kein Gefälle

Die Lage direkt am Mekong ist super. Und auch sonst: sehr zentral. Die Aussicht vom Zimmer im 7. Stock oder von der Sky Bar waren toll.

Frühstück hat definitiv Luft nach oben, wie auch die Art der Präsentation (ist auf asistische Gäste ausgerichtet). Nachts war es zum Teil laut da praktisch keine Teppiche liegen (ausser in den Gängen). An der Reception sprechen nur 1-2 Personen wenig Englisch.

Betten steinhart. Wasserhahn defekt, auch nach Reklamation nichts passiert. Erst am nächsten Tag konnten wir das Zimmer wechseln. Benutzte Sanitärartikel lagen noch in der Schublade des Badezimmers. Das Hotel ist allgemein in die Jahre gekommen - fleckige Teppiche.

The view was fantastic and the bed was comfortable. Certain personnel were excellent, but others were the opposite. We were able to arrange bicycle rentals, but our request was not even acknowledged until we asked on arrival even though we wrote them a few days before.

My wife and I stayed a total of six nights. The hotel has the veneer of a higher end place than it is in practice. Some employees, but not all, were bordering on hostile and clearly did not want to be there. It was great to have a refrigerator, but it was connected to the main power, meaning it would turn off whenever we left and items such as yogurt would be inedible. We requested two key cards in order to keep the power supply, but we were refused. This meant needing to ask somebody to let us into the room each time we returned. The shower water temperature varied significantly. The breakfast was simply greasy and we avoided it. The issue we had with a faucet sums up the hotel as a whole. The stylish-looking faucet stopped working so we alerted the front desk about it before heading out for the day. It had not been fixed by the time we returned so we alerted them again. Somebody then arrived to fix it and we heard a great deal of banging and clanging from the bathroom followed by the departure of the repair guy and the arrival of a cleaner. This led us to believe that it had been fixed, however Instead of not working, the faucet shot out water from various locations. We recorded a video in order to show the front desk. We were then changed to another room, but received no apology for what happened.
