This is a partly-renovated apartment in an excellent location. We loved the large, open living area and the potential of the property. The kitchen was well-equipped. There is a local boulanger and supermarket nearby, the ambience of the area is superb. We were here for ten days, and would stay here again.

This is a beautiful old building and we expected that it would have quirks. There was an especially concerning water leak in the main bathroom which took several days to get fixed. The pantry doors were unworkable and need replacement. The potted plants looked sad so we gave them a prune and some water and they looked better after a few days. Despite needing work in some areas, we loved staying in this apartment and could feel it's history.

the bedding was dirty (blood on the sheets) and the apartment needed to be updated. Several things were broken and the paint was faded. The loft area was dangerous for children.
