The space, the decor, the convenience of the location, the cleanliness (it was immaculate)The high standard of all the fixture and fittings was matched by the provision of all tools and utensils. Everything we needed was provided at a high standard.The beds were comfortable and we appreciated the washing machine and range of drying options.

I didn’t like the requirement to use an app (scan the QR code) to access the information on the property as I would prefer to have an information book (I am not comfortable with using IT options) The hot water was not very hot(tried to take a bath and it was tepid)

Great location. Beautiful accommodation.

Kettle not clean had milk like gunk in it so couldn't use. Some noise from local corner pub but to be expected.

Very large comfortable apartment. Close to public transit to take you everywhere in Bordeaux. Every room was large, and beds comfortable.

Frying pans without handles, and water for showers wasn't hot enough.

was clean but not spotless, surfaces in kitchen tacky to touch , we cleaned and could see that it had needed it. Masses of plates and dishes but little or no cooking pots or serving dishes , didi't matter to us but would have if you want ed to eat in a bit. No sunlight , really dark street and very smelly a lot of extractor noise and heavy tram noise which if you had been looking out at anything other than in the windows of the apts accross the narrow street would have been bearable. A lot go foot traffic upstairs , normal living noise but a lot of it. Violent row in apartment across the street for a couple of hours on Sunday, kids would have been really distressed if subjected to it. Huge , useless bathroom , dribble shower and toilet across the living room away from the bedrooms , so light had to be left on , otherwise night visit could have been eventful. just generally a bit dreary. large amount of fruit flies to be killed on the day of arrival and on the Friday , we thought that we had been bitten when out only to discover that the mozzies were in abundance in the flat, eaten alive inside , not nice. So could not really reccomend this place

This is a huge apartment and really well-decorated. The location is excellent. A main tram line runs near the apartment, and one can easily take the tram or walk to the main museums in Bordeaux. You don’t want a car in this pedestrian-centered city. The bathroom is awesome! There is a bathtub that is separate from the huge walk-in rain shower. We wished we owned the apartment! It is on a very quiet pedestrian-only street.

The information provided about the apartment was limited. We had no idea where the washer and dryer were located (downstairs in the garage area). We wished we had 2 keys for the property so that we didn’t have to coordinate our returns. The sheets were a poly/cotton mix, which is not that comfortable to sleep in. The beds were comfortable, however.
