the bed in one of the bedroom was not comfortable for my very tall husband (1m95) - other than that all good. it is a bit dark during the day but not disturbing at all for a city trip.

it was in the middel of the city, good sound insulation, breakfast snacks provided. everything was functioning perfectly.

I was disappointed that the appartment wasn’t the same as on the pictures. I was expecting a light corner apartment with windows at all sides but in stead we got a quite dark apartment. Like I noticed in earlier reviews the WIFI was not working and due to the thick walls my 4G was also not working. Luckily Florence came by the next day to fix it.

This apartment is right in the heart of Bordeaux! It is large, very modern and well appointed. It is within walking distance from everything you might want, yet very quiet. Florence the lady that gave us the key was very pleasant to work with, and very approachable.She left for us the breakfast items needed for our two days stay. I will definitely return to this apartment and I would recommend it to all my friends!

Someone needs to attend to the dishwasher- whoever fitted it didn’t fix the mainframe to the cabinet sides and as you put some basic items in it then the whole machine tilts outwards.

We were 2 couples catching up and enjoying a break in the city. The apartment was easy to find, and well appointed with things we might need should we want to eat-in. Quiet building, the 2 sets of double glazing meant street noise was virtually eliminated. Breakfast provided was an added bonus. The winning feature in selecting this apartment for us was it offered 2 double bedrooms, each with an ensuite, ideal for 2 couples. The easy city-centre access was perfect too; everything an easy walk, plenty to see and do nearby. The towels were beautifully thick and fluffy, apartment clean and well cared for, beds extremely comfortable and climate control, although not required the week we were there, if it were a hot week, would certainly be appreciated.

We quickly agreed the only improvement we could suggest would be to change the sofa in the lounge. It is very firm, and at the end of a day on your feet, not exactly a relaxing place to sit for 3 people plus 1 on the small side chair. As the dining table chairs are hard plastic, they too were not exactly a comfortable alternative to pull up. It all looks good, but functionality and comfort are also important consideration for guests.

a small suggestion- please foresee an extra, smaller, pillow for the beds as the ones now are all very thick

Amazing property and had a nice bonus of a washing machine! The beds were really comfy but just needed another pillow each as one was not enough but we made due. Florence was very helpful and the food that was provided was really nice. the location is wonderful and so close to everything including a market close by and the tram to get everywhere. Lots of great restaurants arounds. I would stay here again for sure.

Honestly just one more pillow each. That is all I could say would need to be better. Otherwise it was perfect.

super central location right in the middle of shops and restaurants, close walk to the river. the apartment was clean and well stocked, which we appreciated for a family of 4 (2 adults and 2 children)

amazing location and staff! the house iron wasn’t working on Saturday and they replaced it within the hour! apartment is much bigger than photos and is very nice!

only complaint would be more than two pillows on bed. was comfortable but could have had two per person.
