We were provided with a free welcome drink on arrival which was lovely. Very helpful and friendly staff. The room was large and very clean. Note that the shower and sink has see through glass from the bedroom. Facilities were great as was breakfast. There is a lovely coffee shop attached to the hotel. The hotel is very trendy and attracts lots of people due to the coffee shop. A lovely place to stay.

Most of the rooms face onto the pool/breakfast/ cafe area so it was quite noisy. As a light sleeper I needed ear plugs to sleep.

The staff cares about their guests.

We stayed in this hotel three times while we were in Bolivia last year and we stayed here again this year while we returned back to Bolivia. Very comfortable hotel with contemporary design. I love they laundry service. It is by kg so that you don’t need to count piece by piece. The laundry service is also very quick, usually they will finish within a few hours and no need to wait for a whole day. Breakfast was great! The hotel owner even opened up a coffee shop next door and the pastry and coffee were very good! They also built a parking lot across the street, more convenient for people to come over.

Rooms on upper floors are superior but all rooms have a cool vibe and comfortable beds.

What can I say. The location was perfect, the room very pleasant, the beds very nice, breakfast was perfect. We could not start our trip in Bolivia in a better way. Especially after a very long, tiring trip from the Netherlands to Bolivia it was very nice to stay at your hotel.

The interior design of the hotel and the room. The hot welcome of the stuff. The breakfast. The location of the hotel, everything was very close on foot.

The noise of the road early in the morning

The staff was very nice and helpful. The room was spacious and tastefully decorated. Breakfast was excellent.

The "deluxe twin room" is on the ground floor facing the courtyard and lobby/breakfast area. Guests use those areas in the evening. The curtains are not black-out curtains which means other people can see shadows of activities in the room at a minimum. In addition, they play music in the courtyard at night. The music gets loud inside the room sometimes.

The rooms was as described - and the room spacious and clean, with a good shower and hot water. thereThe staff were very polite and friendly and spoke good English. Wifi was good.

There was a lot of noise which made sleeping impossible. The main noise was from next door as opposed to in the hotel. I am not sure the hotel tried to ask the neighbours to quieten down or not but my husband did eventually ( around 1.30 am) shout across loudly and the music and noise lessened. There was still a loud humming noise from a generator or something though, it could be drowned out by the air con. Not sure about location it was a Sunday and almost everything closed. we had to get a taxi to a restaurant that was open,

Everything!!! Starting with the staff. We experienced next level social interaction, tips, support and service. Then the rooms... they are pretty and cute and lots of space. Then the breakfast! It is an absolute treat and once again served with so much kindness and good conversation. And then we did a tour and it was a perfect day. And all in all it was just a delight to stay in such a good energy space.

The attention of the personnel is extraordinary. Furthermore the hotel has a way more relaxed vibe than other hotel in that price category which feature way more rooms than Cosmopolitano. Alsonthe location is hugely convenient with the hotel being located just a few blocks away from the central square of Santa Cruz.

The hotel is not brand new anymore which obviously shows on little stains here and there. Breakfast could've been a little more.

Possibly the best breakfast I ever had, at a hotel otherwise. We were served with fresh fruits, coffee, fresh OJ, eggs, bacon, yogurt parfait, toasts, cheese balls, and a delicious looking dessert that we didn’t have room for in our very satisfied tummies. So much good food! Staff is very friendly, one speaks decent English, the other 2 spoke little to no English but all are very helpful when we needed help.

We stayed on the ground floor and unfortunately the pool is being renovated, so there was banging going on and no view. The room concept is cute but in need of upgrade as things are broken or peeling off the walls. We also saw some insects in the room. Overall, the room was bit disappointing but the fabulous staff and breakfast more than made up for it!
