Location was great and met the minimum requirements. Nice neighbourhood
The place was not clean there was mould in the shower and bathroom. Stale food and rubbish under the couch and coffee table. The room had an off putting smell and needed incense and diffuser daily. I received the wrong code for the lock box to start and had to call to retrieve keys.

The property was in good location and close to amenities. Good range of cooking utensil and cooking facilities. Bed was very comfortable.
The lock mechanism on unit door would not always operate effectively. The unit floor had not been moped clean. Only one teaspoon in cutlery drawer.

The apartment was very comfortable and well stocked with little extras, eg S & P, tea and coffee, detergent, glad wrap etc, condiments as well. Laundry detergent and cleaning products as well.
This makes life easier when you are only visiting for a short time, so that was appreciative.
The furniture was nice. plenty of room for 2 people
The bedroom is very bright upon sunrise even with the blind down, so an eye mask is useful.
The location was very good, great little shopping complex right next door. Called Marmion Shopping Village.
The only things that didn't go quite right was there was no hairdryer in the apartment and this took 2 days to acquire.
The lock to the front door to the apartment was a bit wonky and needs attention.
The chair on the front balcony was a bit of a wreck, and the sliding door to the front balcony was quite stiff to open.
The communal Laundry was a bit dirty, A rubbish bin in the laundry would be good to put all the lint from the dryer, and empty sachets of laundry powder.
Also a little bin for recycles
The blind cord in the living room was a bit stiff, but curtains would be better, as when it is very sunny late afternoon, one could then only pull over one curtain to stop the glare on the TV, without pulling down the whole blind and blocking ones view of the outside.

The Location
The fact that the green “apartment “ was actually a converted garage and the outlook was a carport which was continually being used by people to park their cars even though it was clear no parking allowed. It felt like a concrete bunker, very noisy and a very bad phone reception so has to go outside for it to work. Also it was very strange that as a paying guest you were expected to take the council bins out on bin day, fees charged if this was not done. Overall will not stay again mot worth the price that was charged.

Location was good, close to beach, close to shops and food/meals. Property was a good size , bed was comfortable, the afternoon sun warmed up the unit, and it stayed warm over the cool night.
The shower recess was dirty and mould was in the grout, the toilet smelled unclean. The fridge was leaking and leaked overnight into the doorway. The cement floor was not conducive to comfort. Water leaked under the closed sliding door overnight and narrowly missed our luggage.

The architecture. Balcony with good outside furniture. Laundry. Location.
Was not clean, in the unit and common areas. Plug in bathroom sink was broken and got stuck and no effort made to come and fix it so we had stagnant water in the bathroom for 4 days and had to use the kitchen sink. Inadequate kitchenware. Told to put the bins out for collection. No breakfast supplies, very little tea/coffee/sugar and was poor quality, in sachets. Charged per night but not supplied basics for 10 nights, including toilet paper. Dirty shabby furniture. The most uncomfortable sofa we've ever sat on, used friends camping chairs instead. Accommodation had 2 double beds but barely room for 3 people on the one sofa. Front door to apartment complex fell off, the bottom hinge is broken. The place is dirty. Cracked, shabby old blinds. Uncaring, lazy owners.

Just a poorly maintained property and not even kept clean to minimum standards noting Covid 19 health and safety requirements.

convenient to the beach
not very clean. bathroom sink is blocked and drains in bathroom smelt very stinky. Main door handle into the apartment was loose and door doesn’t lock properly, partially due to the door handle not attached correctly.
we booked and paid online then arrived to be told our booking was cancelled last minute. The office person then changed her mind and allowed us to stay when I asked for my refund. overall, it was comfortable but needs a few maintenance items looked at - the door handle and drains cleaned, sink unblocked etc

Location was excellent. Close to shops and amenities. Close to the beach and walking. Parks nearby, Overall excellent location if you desire to be in that area. Internet only average at best. Still made for an enjoyable stay and was out and about mostly with family.
Cleanliness left a bit to be desired. Can over look some of these things but was a bit grubby. No washing facilities located at units. had to go to laundromat. Only supplied 2 towels for the 10 days. A couple more would have been nice.
