The apartment was fantastic- clean, comfortable, beautiful swimming pool, an amazing view from the large terrace. Handy to buses and trains not far away either. Good cooking facilities for preparing basic meals. I would definitely stay there again. Ilja was a great host, nothing was a problem.

View of Villefranche bay from patio is excellent. Bus stop to Nice or Monaco 50 yards away. Greeted on arrival and great communication from owner. Well appointed Studio with good air con. Lovely pool on site

The pool was great! we used it everyday. A chilled bottle of wine in the fridge when we got there was a nice touch. Views and access to transport are exceptional.

To be honest, when I booked I was 80% convinced this was a scam. I wasn't allowed to use my credit card to book so wasn't protected. everything was done off site via email and text, I was pressured to pay via BACS which carries a £15 charge per transaction. Booking.com were not involved when I booked this place, it shouldn't be on here. I was also told to pay an extra 20Euros because of a late check-in and 200Euro deposit on arrival which turned out to be unnecessary. It was a relief that it worked out but all the red flags for sending money were waving.
