This is quite simply the perfect location to disconnect and enjoy some time off. I booked the house in November and could still enjoy breakfast on the terrace in the sun, with amazing views over the Mediterranean and the medieval village of Èze. The host was amazing and couldn't do enough for you. Simply superb. The house itself is equipped with all you can reasonable need and the advertised photos really represent a very fair picture of the accommodation. The best testament to my appreciation of this house, is that I have immediately booked again for next spring.

The host was waiting outside. Very friendly and convenient. The view on the terrace was absolutely stunning. What a pleasure to sit there, have a drink, enjoy the view and the sunshine. Enough space inside the apartment and on the terrace, also when traveling with more than 2. The kitchen was well equipped. Beach is on walking distance, though it is a stiff walk.

Villa Moana is perfectly located above above the sea for excellent views. We took the footpath up to Eze village a few times and were able to access the beach with the kids and go for hikes, runs and road rides right from the property. The stairs just at the end of the road took us right to the train station. It's a great location and the property is very clean and bright.
