The property is close to the airport, a 20 minutes walk.
The host tried to be kind and helpful but we were not satisfied even we don’t have a big expectations. There was a smell of smoke in the hall, for non-smokers is very unpleasant. The furniture was old. The room was full of clothes molt and moskitos.

Pedro is such a nice host! His place very well located. We even walked to Ponta Delgado city and took us 35min ish. Then we rented a car 😅

The location is great, it's 25 minutes walking from the airport.
We had a strong smell in our room, and we can hear our neighbors very clearly. Additionally, the bathroom next to our room is shared by three rooms with different guests.

Lovely house within walking distance of the airport, which was great for us as we flew in late and had an early flight the next morning. Pedro was very accommodating with our late check-in and early check-out times. Also as other reviews mention, there are friendly cats in the living room, if you have more time you can play with them!

We had a very nice and clean room at Pedro's house. Place is located close to the airport, only in 20 min walking. Perfect when you have an early flight.

Communications with the host were a bit unclear.
Owner smoke in the kitchen. You can smell this in de rest of the house.

Pedro was an amazing host. So kind and welcoming. He was glad to help us with anything we needed: where to go, what to take, how to get. He even gave us his personal bikes so that we did not need to rent the bikes.
The place is located quite near the airport. So, if you are about to rent a car, no need to check accommodation in the city centre. The location of Pedro's house is perfect to save time. Just 25 minutes walk to the airport. Even though it is close, it is not noisy.
It was a wonderful stay and a pleasant experience!

This is a very convenient location only about 2 kms from the airport, so within easy walking distance if one is so inclined.
Pedro is very helpful and the accommodation is more than adequate for the price.

Pedro was super kind and helpful. He stays up so late to welcome us. He also provided precious information about Sao Miguel. The room was comfortable and from walking distance from the airport. It was a perfect night stay.
