Excellent condo, in a quiet area on the beach. Resturants, 7/11, laundrymat and motobike taxi close by. A great Infinity pool up top. Not everything was working in the common areas when I was there but you could see that they were working on it and replacing stuff all the time.

Beautiful sunset view from balcony. When rooftop pool was not being repaired (half the month) it was a great place to relax and the view was awesome.

Booked month of January. Within hour of arrival and no notice, repair person from building and condo ctte member showed up to try and resolve a slow draining laundry/shower. close to 3 days to clear blockage, we lost use of shower & laundry and had to use rooftop/shower area. We discovered plugged black mouldy lint drain catcher in laundry tub on first use which had to be tossed. No attempt by owner to replace during month. Owner offered 2 free nights/go elsewhere, we declined both as we had nowhere else to go and had to leave months end. Even after repair the smell was such that we had to put plastic wrap on drain in shower to stop odor coming into condo. Hot water bath sink not working properly. Bedroom lamps glued to night tables and one lamp based broken and glued back together. Very small TV also glued to table. Kitchen dishes utensils old/mismatched, pot no handle missing a screw. Shower area had small soap dish. Found 3 bath shelves broken/placed under sink as was a childs toilet seat taking up entire cupboard. Living room area rugs old and smelly. Folded crib/mattress, high chair set against living room wall, owner says no other place for it even though we had no use for it and it took up space. Constant barking dogs thru night, however no fault of owner. Unit above noisy. Value: Met other visitors in building identical units as this, much better maintained/equipped who paid less than half what we paid and they were staying same time/week more. Pool under repair half month. Think landlord is well intentioned and tries hard to be accommodating however she needs to take hard look at refreshing unit as it could be wonderful spot if upgraded. Replace most kitchen dishes/utensils, upgrade table lamps, small non smart TV and clean out all cupboards strewn with odd matched linens, and things left behind by others.

Great view and very nice spacious apartment. Very nice balcony with great ventilation and protection from the sun. 5 minute walk to the beach. Supermarkets within walking distance Quiet and comfortable. Bed comfort 9/10 Highly recommended

Amazing hostess, lovely condo and great location. I am planning on returning and using this room again.

I would have liked to stay longer!!!
