Loved morning coffee and evening wine/beer on the deck. Morning walks in Hyde Park were fantastic. We live in (and love) old homes so this felt very comfortable to us. Centrally located to everything we had planned in KC. Would 100% recommend. Thanks Andrew.

The property is beautiful. It was not listed to be a 3 rd floor unit. Our Mom is 75 & it should of been listed as that. The rug in the living room has numerous stains & needs cleaned. The AC was not on and the unit was 81 when we arrived. Duct bents in the ceiling needed cleaned also. There was charm to the old house and the woodwork was beautiful. The neighborhood is beautiful once you get through the surrounding neighborhood and if you overlook the abandoned buildings behind you. We had a good stay even though those items need addressed for future renters.

Well appointed craftsmen stay, plenty of space and kitchen equipment for cooking. Lovely historic neighborhood, beautiful homes, close to art museum. If you love Frank Lloyd Wright and historic architecture, this is the place for you.

Historic home within 10 mins of downtown and tons of places to check out. Quiet neighborhood and has all the amenities just know you have to walk up 3 flights of stairs. Would definitely stay here again!

We so enjoyed our stay at Hyde Park Mansion, it was a well-maintained property with lots of charm. The host was accommodating. Entrance into the property requires climbing three flights of stairs but it was a simple check-in process. We enjoyed the decor and homey feel of the living area and bedrooms.

Super charming, very clean and well equipped. Perfect for us to stay in Kansas City to watch the club volleyball nationals.

This was a nice place to stay- you’re on the 3rd floor of a beautiful Victorian home, accessed by stairs on the back. Decor is shabby chic, complete with creaky wood floors and craftsman style trim.

Cute cute house. The third floor loft is a hike up the stairs but once inside, room and nice kitchen. The kitchen was well stocked. House clean, and water was hot! We went to the KC game. Location was easy to get to/from stadium. Would stay again.

This was a quick 2 night trip but we had the most wonderful stay here. It was a great home base for us, we were here for a wedding so we were pretty busy but it was so cozy to come back to. Only one small hiccup occurred but our host was there so fast to help us out and he was very kind! Thanks for providing such a beautiful, safe, and comfortable space! (Fyi- yes there are some stairs to climb, and it’s not bad at all!)

The apartment was a perfect spot for a quiet stay for family members in town for a wedding. It was clean and comfortable, with tasteful decor and lots of the amenities of home.

This was an excellent place to stay. The location on a quiet street was convenient to everything we wanted to do. It was easy to drive to Westport, Union Station, City Market and Country Club Plaza. The loft apartment itself was outstanding. It was furnished beautifully and the attention to detail was evident. I have stayed at many short term rental properties, but never at one with a kitchen that was better furnished...any pot. pan, dish or gadget you could need. The appliances were all new and stainless. Mattresses were both very comfortable. There were many conveniences, like a magnifying glass, a pair of scissors, and shaving supplies that were above and beyond standard. The off street parking is tight, but there is lots of parking on the street right in front of the mansion. We knew about the stairs before booking, but this loft was worth the climb. We would definitely stay here again.

Great property in one of the beautiful old homes of Hyde Park. We had a few issues with internet and one time the door didn’t unlock, but Andrew was very responsive in addressing them.

Greatest use of space, we rented upper and lower and host was gracious to let us connect the inside staircases. Would absolutey stay again.

This was perfect home base for the groomsmen to get ready for a downtown wedding.

Place was very nice has everything you need. Very room, one thing to note you do have stairs to climb to get up to it. The owner was very easy to work with and when we called him on something he was right there to take care of it. Wound definitely stay there again.

It is a great apartment to stay at very charming and beautiful the only thing I didn’t realize is it’s 3 flights of stairs but that was okay we was just getting ready for the stairs at nascar if you can’t do stairs not a place to stay if you can do stairs definitely a place to stay.

The owner was helpful and answered our questions. Location close to many places. Very spacious and had supplies stocked in kitchen and bathroom.

We enjoyed our stay. This location was great for getting downtown for our National Volleyball Tournament. The kitchen is fully stocked with lots of pots, pans, and utensils. The only thing is parking was tight. We felt that we were blocking the stairs for other people, but we did not want to pull up on the grass. Beautiful area to walk and see the old houses and spring flowers.
