Bienvenue dans ce grand condo de 3 chambres, 2 1/2 salles de bain, 1490 pieds carrés sur la pente de Bear Mountain Resort avec 65 "HDTV, Internet haute vitesse WiFi et téléphone. Vous apprécierez d'être à quelques pas du ski ou de la descente aux remontées mécaniques de cette maison de ski-in / ski-out avec des vues rapprochées des skieurs et des snowboarders depuis le salon, le patio, la chambre principale et le balcon de la chambre principale. Vous ne pouvez pas vous rapprocher de l'action. Parfait pour les couples ou les familles avec enfants. 9 personnes. Profitez du salon avec une belle cheminée en briques et un manteau unique en bois sculpté, une table de jeu et une table à manger pour 6 personnes. Votre cuisine est entièrement équipée avec une machine Keurig et tous les appareils et ustensiles dont vous aurez besoin pour cuisiner un bon repas.
La chambre principale dispose d'un lit King, salle de bain complète avec bain à remous relaxant et douche, 40 "TV haute définition par câble, grands placards, et une vue imprenable sur la piste de ski et les montagnes de la chambre et balcon chambre des maîtres. Chambre n ° 2 a un lit Queen et un lit double, plus un grand placard. Chambre n ° 3 a 2 lits superposés, une PlayStation Sony, un 32 "Smart TV avec Netflix, Disney et les chaînes câblées.
Cette maison confortable dispose également d'une laveuse et sécheuse en taille réelle, un garage mancave 2 voitures avec une table de ping-pong, un canapé et des sièges, et une allée énorme qui peut garer 4+ voitures. Invitez vos amis et se sentir comme des VIP.

Vous visitez au printemps ou en été? Le condo est situé à quelques minutes en voiture du bord du lac Big Bear. Pendant votre séjour au lac, vous pourrez pêcher, nager ou faire du wakeboard. Vous n'avez pas de bateau? Aucun problème! Le lac dispose d'un parc de câble pour les frontières de réveil! Bear Mountain offre de fantastiques randonnées, du VTT et de la tyrolienne. Dans le village, il y a des boutiques locales fabuleuses et de jolies boutiques. Les restaurants locaux servent une excellente cuisine dans une atmosphère chaleureuse et les pubs ne vous décevront pas.

This is our third time at the Bear Condo, and it won't be our last! Exactly as pictured and described, we love everything about this place. Great location, great accommodation and John is an absolutely fabulous host. The setting is peaceful and beautiful, and you're close to everything!

Location ideal, interior spacious with everything thought out for you! Plenty of seating, wells stocked kitchen, and garage has been converted to game room. Upscale furnishings and easily accessible from slopes (ski in/ski out) and road.

More than enough room for our party of 5, plenty of towels, kitchen supplies for cooking and the location was great. We actually enjoyed skiing Snow Summit more than Bear mountain because most of Bear Mountain was set up for Snowboard freestyle park runs and we were all skiing. But that wasn't an issue as the shuttle is right in front of Bear Mountain (5 minute walk from front door of townhome) and it runs every 30 mins. Garage acts as a great mud room/storage place for your snow gear and the owners were responsive and friendly. Great trip for some spring skiing.

You can’t beat the location. In the morning you can sip coffee, sit in front of the fireplace and watch the black diamond skiers and snowboarders tear down the mountain immediately in your backyard. Head out the back yard directly to the slopes.

The property was so amazing and clean. John & Stephanie's communication was some of the best I've seen on an VRBO and they were very accommodating. They even turned on the heat for us before we arrived so the townhouse was nice and warm. For those visiting Bear Mountain, you can virtually board/ski right up to the deck and for those going to Snow Summit, the shuttle is a short walk away. We will definitely stay here again! Thank you J&S for allowing us to use your Condo.

Wonderful stay, the master bed was super comfortable. Nice kitchen with everything we needed. Early fall was a nice, peaceful time to stay, and the maple tree on the patio was a very vibrant autumn red color. Owner was very easy to work with and very responsive. Highly recommend!

This was our second stay at the Bear Condo, and it is a perfect getaway. The condo is exactly as described, with everything in good and working order - from appliances to window blinds. Lovely and serene views from the back patio, walking distance to the golf course, the zoo, and of course Bear Mountain base. The condo itself is right at the slopes - ski to the bottom to purchase your lift ticket! As lovely, inviting and cozy as this condo is, it is still surpassed by the hospitality of John, your host. We had another perfect getaway John - Thank you!

Perfect Family Getaway Condo!
Our family of five loved our five night stay at the Bear Condo. It was everything that we had hoped it would be. The condo's location is a short drive from the lake and from a variety of hiking trails. We had nightly ping pong tournament to decide who will wash the dishes, it was great fun. The condo itself is very clean, comfortable and spacious for our family. The kitchen is well stocked with all the cookware and utensils needed to prepare our meals. John & Stephanie were very attentive and answered our question very quickly. Highly recommended !!

Big bear weekend
We had a three day stay at the big bear condo. It was perfect for our group of 7 friends. We enjoyed the views of the lift and trees. It’s was clean and comfortable. Lots of room to spread out and have meals together and play games.

Good size, quiet location
We are a family of 5, with 3 teenagers. Size was great. Ping pong table was fun. Everything was more than adequate. The location is definitely not walking distance to village but short drive to everything you might need. It was super quiet and peaceful. Only suggestion (and this is picky) would maybe be to spend a little more on slightly better toilet paper! :)

Amazing Location and Views
Perfect location for families who snowboard/ski. You can’t get any closer to the slopes! We watched our kids snowboard from the balcony. The condo was comfortable and perfect for our family. Our family loves to play games, so the game table was definitely a plus for us! The owners checked in on us and were great! We would definitely rent this home again.

Great location walking distance to Big Bear
Location location location. We wanted something in walking distance of the resort since we travelled with our 4 and 6 year old daughters and we knew that would need frequent breaks from snowboarding. We loved the cozy fireplace and playing cards as adults around the table in the evening. Hosts were very communicative and helpful too. Thanks again for a great stat!

The property has an excellent location and we return every year, but it would have been helpful to know in advance about the COVID restriction of access to the slopes.
