We are very satisfied with the stay. The host was very helpful and kind. The location is perfect, especially if you are with a car. Easy to find a parking place infront(free). It is located within walking distance of the main sightseeings of the city. Highly recommended :)

Small flat in a residential area with a gallery bedroom upstairs. Not far to walk to the coast and old town. Oil and some food was provided. Upstairs toilet so you don't have to go down the steep stairs. Parking outside the flat when the road is finished.

The bedroom upstairs is very low and we were constantly banging our heads. No balcony or terrace. Building site outside. Damp and cool in the flat

The apartment was very clean and comfortable. Alessandra was very welcoming, waited for us till we arrived late at night and went out of her way to help us. There is free parking right outside the building.

The location is comfortable to reach with a car, but if you want to leave it by the apartment, you need to walk about 20 minutes to the touristic part in Ortega.

Everything was ok

Newly renovated apartment, very well equipped with all the necessities you'd need for a great vacation.

Street a bit too loud for us (probably not a problem for most city people).

We messaged Alessandra when we were about one hour away. She gave us instructions for our arrival, and was waiting to let us in, gave us the keys, and explained anything we needed to know. She also provided us with fresh towels part-way through our stay.

The bathroom did smell a little damp at times, despite the weather still being very warm (October). Hubby is 6' and found the height of the bedroom worrying. We would have liked a coffee machine that did both espresso and the longer coffees, only finding the moka pot on the last day. The fitted sheet on the bed was too small and pinged off every time we clambered in.

Host is very friendly and always trying to help.

The apartment was just perfect for the group but the host Alessandra was the highlight - she is super helpful :)

Alessandra was very welcoming and gave us a lot of useful information. The apt was clean and in a good location. Free parking was available and Alessandra prepared a basket with goods for us such as croissant, toast with jelly and honey. An espresso machine for Tea and coffee was also available. Our apt. had a huge beautiful terrace and it was also furnished with a laundry machine which was definitely a plus as we needed to wash some of our clothes.

Very good location at 10minutes drive to Ortigia, very friendly host that helped us with recommendations about the surroundings, good value for money, very clean rooms and a nice terrace just for ourselves. I would greatly recommend it!

The place was very nice, good communication. The girl was very kind, gave us information about all we need, helped us find a parking. The apartment was clean, good kitchen, coffee.

Great location within walking distance to restaurants and historical sights; nice hot shower, comfy room with a well-appointed kitchen. everything provided for breakfast; nice balcony too! parking was easy on the street right in front.

The apartment is newly renovated and wonderfully appointed with a nice, secluded roof deck. Comfortable furniture and supplies throughout. The host is friendly, helpful, and leaves many special treats for guests. The location is 20+ minute walk from the train station and Ortegia, but it is in a very interesting part of the city and easy walking distance to the archeological sites.

Alessandra was an outstanding host! She made us feel like at home at the marene residence. The apartment is near to everything but the district was also really calm, so it was an excellent decision to stay here. The apartment was spotless and very comfy. The AC was definitely a plus!!! Alessandra gave us the best recommendations (beach, restaurants, cafés, etc). She also left some snacks and drinks, which was a really sweet thing to do for us! We are coming back next summer, and we are definitely staying again at the marene residence. Thank you for everything dear Alessandra!

Great little apartment with amazing terrace. Kitchen was well-equipped with everything we needed (coffee, sugar, oil, vinegar, cookware etc). Entire property was clean, modern and well kept. We were able to find parking on the street, right outside the door every day for the 4 nights we were there. It was a 25 minute walk minute to the heart of Ortigia, a perfect distance for us. Quiet, safe neighbourhood, even at night.

Apartment was a bit smaller than it what it appeared on the photos, but it was actually a great size for 4 days. Water temperature sometimes changed in the shower, but we always had enough hot water.

Alessandra is wonderful ,ready to solve any problem,very hospital and kind,receiving the guest with little presents and attention.
