Sehr nettes Personal, sehr bemüht. Kleiner feiner, sauberer Pool. Frühstück zwar sehr lecker, aber leider auf 2 verschiedene Auswahlmöglichkeiten begrenzt...
Kein bis kaum WLAN (fast unmöglich eine onlinezahlung abzuschließen wg timeouts)
SPA-Bereich haben wir nicht zu sehen bekommen, war während unseres Aufenthalts geschossen...

Size of the villa and friendly staff
Lighting in bathroom is bad, the bed is too high, kitchen set was not in a good condition (stove not properly work), tv channel was off for a day, fan is not working properly, sofa is dirty make our skin itchies, pathways to the villa is so narrow

The staff was friendly thats is the only thing good about the place
Internet was bad sheets were dirty towels were dirty even if it changed the towels and bed sheets are meant to be white but were black like old dirt couldn't get cleaned off

The Ice coffee was nice.
They clean the room every day.
The worst Wi-Fi what I have ever seen.
Download and upload under one Megabyte or sometimes absolut zero.
Breakfast have only filter Coffee or classic tea included. When you want a good Coffee, you have to charge extra.
It is very noisy in the room and the kids play in the pool at 6:30 in the morning and there are no rules on quiet times. The same in the evening until 11 p.m. very loud and you can't relax.

Great staff.
When we arrived the room they gave us had a horrible black mould smell, the bathroom sika was covered in mould and the couch in the room also looked moldy. I would not usually complain but it smelt like we would get very sick staying in that room. The staff were lovely and moved us to a different room.
The location on booking.com is incorrect. It it’s much further down the road. Which was inconvenient as I booked it to be next to a specific location but it was a 10 minute walk.
The room was very light at night with no coverings over some glass blocks. It was also very noisy with locals using the back lane early in the mornings. The main door did not close properly which also let a lot of sound and light in. There was a 2cm gap between the doors.

it’s bit noisy from the pool area with screaming kids and adults, the sliding door is kinda broken so sometimes it does not lock when you try to lock the door ( which is dangerous if you don’t double check it) , cleaner did not clean the table in our balcony for couple of days ( half eaten food were there) and no bin around ( except the one inside the room) so we couldn’t dispose trash

Everyday cleaning
I didn’t like that my room was dirty, not fresh walls and bathroom. I saw 2 times huge cockroaches and stuff did nothing with that.
Internet connection always was unstable, so it was impossible to work there.

For one or two nights ok. The facility looks nice.
The room was already a bit worn. Superficially everything was clean - but the room urgently needed a thorough cleaning. The bedspread and towels had stains - but looked washed.

Some good food options about 5-10 minute walk away
Wifi was really bad, this severely impacted my trip as I work remotely and I was unable to be online when I needed to - Standard 4G is also really poor in the rooms
