Quarto bom, com banheiro adequado. Banho bom. Café da manhã muito simples no café localizado abaixo do Hotel. Servia somente um café, um croissant e um copo de suco a sua escolha. Hotel muito bem localizado, ao lado de uma estação de metrô e ao final da rua que possui todas as lojas. Bem próximo a Duomo de Milão.

The room was great, comfortable, and big. the staff were friendly. the location was the best, super central and easy to go in and out. Bathrom was big and clean
we did not have hand soap, and reception isnt very big or official. Decoration outdated

Exceptional location in the heart of Milano, could not be better to walk to major attractions (Duomo, Galerias, etc) and with a subway station on the door. Nice building, simple rooms but clean and with the essential comfort. There are plenty of car parks nearby at a reasonable fare. Attentive staff, easy to communicate with by sms.
Little attention to details. (Bed linen were upside down; no shower gel in the wc but a lot of bodycream instead, hand shower tube with a broken clamp, spreading water all over; hot water availability intervals are much more than 20 minutes, which is challenging for more than 1 person to have a shower)

The location of this hotel is amazing, so central. I was travelling with my mother so walking to and from the centre with her it was ideal & very safe. Also we did a few day trips & the metro is right beside the entrance so we had no trouble moving about. The room itself was great, plenty of space and very clean. We only had time for breakfast one morning which was great and quick as we had jam packed our trip.

très belle endroit bien centré et a un stationnement à 2 minutes à pieds. le personnel était dédié à nos besoins le lieu était parfait pour voir tout de milan à pied. le métro était juste au pied de l immeuble. je recommande cet hôtel à 100%

Die Lage ist perfekt - 600 m zum Dom
Es handelt sich nicht um ein Hotel, sondern um Zimmer, die man ganz anonym mit Schlüssel Box betritt. Das war mir bei der Buchung nicht bewusst. Für den Preis von 260 Euro pro Nacht hätte ich mit einem richtigen Hotel gerechnet

最寄りの地下鉄路線は、リナーテ空港行きも通っているので空港からのアクセスも◎。
スタッフの対応も親切丁寧でした。
寝具が掛布団なくシーツのみだったので、少し寒かった。

No breakfast at this hotel although they gave us a coupon for the cafe downstairs.
There is no access from the ground floor to the first floor for people with a disability or to accommodate getting suitcases upstairs to the first floor. There is an elevator from the first floor.

Rooms a lot smaller than appear online and can be loud outside given its by a main square. Views from windows online are misleading too. Remember to use the shutters or you’ll never sleep!

This property is minutes walk from duomo so very central and metro station right by the front door
This is NOT a hotel, it’s a converted office. No noise cancelling so you hear EVERYTHING. every metro train, loud car, door slam and there is none of the usual hotel features. No kitchen so breakfast is a voucher for the cafe outside, no bar or concierge so no night service.

The manager was very warm, welcomed us and offered all assistance. We preferred this human connect rather than self check in

Not aware that there would be no one at reception all day. We had only one comforter for two beds, discovered this at 6 p.m. Had to Whats App to communicate because no one was on-site. Told would get comforter at 9:30 next morning. Description needs to make clear that this is a room rental and not a hotel.

V clean and the receptionist was v friendly
no one to help with the luggage . no help for the person traveling 1st time to Milan . amount of the money charged was not less . v expensive . would not recommend anyone to stay till they add some conceirge help .

the location was amazing, the building is renovated and clean, the room was clean, we had bottles of water and coffee machine
there were no staff when we’re checking in l, so we couldn’t open main doors, and it was loud when the windows were opened, but it’s still main road so we were expecting that. The price was overpriced for Italy in my opinion and the size of the room was tiny.

I Loved The location that have me access to the city without using taxi or public transportation. The room was very quiet and private. very clean sheets and the details were taken care of like water and toiletries.

No hotel facilities. It is basically a room. Would have ideally had a way to pay the city tax by card instead of cash.
