La atención en todo momento siempre a disposición ,hay agua caliente y infusiones a mano a disposición sin costo este último es un detalle que no todos lo tienen y es algo primordial para los viajeros como en nuestro caso realizamos los check in más tarde de lo normal ,me pareció un detalle para resaltar

Nada ,en cuanto al estacionamiento en las cercanías en todo Europa es igual así que no veo porque restar un punto por eso

Mucho espacio, camas muy cómodas, la zona es muy tranquila y poder aparcar fácil y gratis en la calle. Cercanía al hospital.

El ascensor no funciona. Son pocas escaleras pero mi madre es mayor y con una leve cojera.

La habitación era amplia, con salida a una terraza y las camas eran cómodas, y tenía baño con gel, secador y toallas. Y todo bien

The property is a converted house located on a quiet street near the university hospital, away from the hustle and bustle of San Sebastian. Free parking is available on the street at the front. We arrived quite late and the owner, who lives there, was very friendly and briefed us about the things to do and see in San Sebastian. From our room we had a scenic view of San Sebastian and also of the beautiful garden of the property, complete with a fruiting lemon tree. Our room was clean and comfortable throughout, complete with fast wifi. Coffee and tea making facility was also provided outside the room. Although located outside the central areas of San Sebastian, there is a regular bus service from a nearby bus stop to that goes to the city.

Good location, close to the bus station which brings to San Sebas centrum. Also a lovely host! The room and bathroom was also very clean and were cleaned every day.

It was quite hot in the room, even when the outside temperatures weren't that high (22~23). There was no aircon or fan. And because of the mosquitos we were not able to sleep with the window/door open.

I was welcome by friendly and helpful owner, who gave valuable hints on the stay in San Sebastian. Room was nice and clean. Tea & coffee available for guests.

Maybe the price / quality isn’t great. But we aren’t from Basque Country, maybe be this is normal rates.

+ Quiet area, 20 minutes walk from the center + Free parking near the entrance + Very hospitable nice host, feel free to ask for advice about your holiday in San Sebastian + Spacious room, comfortable bed, good bathroom, no problems with water. + Great garden view and beautiful sunsets!

- Need AC or mosquito nets on the windows. It's very stuffy at night and insects fly from the open window - Cleanliness could be better
