Great apartment, fun activities, good view

Excellent staff, very helpful and lovely apartment with view. Pool and tennis were great too.

A really nice apartment, well equipped and a superb view of the marina and sea beyond. It's situated in a quiet location just outside the old town.

The table on the terrace needs to be replaced, in fact, probably all outdoor furniture does.

Location very quick to get into old town that's why i picked it. The hill you get used to and provides a good work out. Of course there are hills every direction out of the the old town in Albufeira so cant be avoided. The view of the sea is great and the foreground is quite pleasant too. The apartment is well kitted out and you can live home from home. A good deal of English language channels on the TV plus a good wifi connection for netflix laptops etc. Good quality complex with very nice double pool area and underground parking. Good security on site. Andrey the contact very responsive to any queries too.

If i was to have any quibble and i know its a holiday let. i would have liked a better mattress on the bed. That said it wasnt the worst.

Large outdoor patio with a nice view

Linens and bedding needs updating to a renter standard versus personal owner preference. Apartment cleaning needs to be better drawers contained things left behind by other renters.

Very clean and modern apartment with a big terrace and a good view. Andrey, the manager, was very professional, kind, and flexible. The whole team is customers oriented. The communication was good. Our family of 4 (2 adults and 2 young adults) had a great 1 night stay in the apartment. Thank you Andrey, Yana, and everyone else!

Just a note, you need a car to stay in this complex. And, yes, you can hear next door guests. For us this was not a problem at all.

We appreciated the shuttle driver who was recommended by the owner and Andrey the property manager was at the apartment to let us in and show us around the property. Beautiful views from every window, nice balcony to enjoy the sun. Wifi worked great throughout the whole apartment. The apartment was spotlessly clean. Generous supplies of dish and laundry soap, tea towels, bath towels etc even masks and hand sanitizer were supplied. All the appliances worked well. We cooked the majority of our meals there and had all that we needed for pans and dishes. We stayed in January so we appreciated that there was heat available in the apartment, especially the bathroom. Good communication with the owner and the rental team, they checked up on us every few days to see if we needed anything and sent us lots of information like the nearest grocery stores and restaurants including a link to google maps. Recommend this place without hesitation !

The apartment was just fantastic, Andrey the manager was there to meet us and provided an early check-in. He made sure we had water and coffee on arrival. The apartment was very comfortable, fully furnished and anything we needed was there eg shower gel, shampoo, detergent for the washing machine. The bed was very comfortable and the whole place was spotless. The swimming pool and sun lounges were great. The view was beautiful from the terrace. I would highly recommend this place for a lovely holiday.

Wonderful location with a great ocean view. No issues with parking. Very secure property, with an electric gate at the street, locked door to each block of apartments, and a very secure, solid apartment door. Marble tile floors polished to a mirror finish throughout. Air conditioning in bedroom and living room worked well. Good appliances including a washer but no dryer, which is quite common in Portugal based on all the houses I looked at while house hunting. Air drying the clothes on hangers in the closet worked well

The kitchen utensils and pots and pans were a bit on the crummy side, but this probably varies apartment by apartment. Zanusi brand appliances a bit unusual, be prepared to read the manual (provided) to figure out how to operate the washing machine. You may need to head to the Aldi or Lidl supermarket soon after arriving to get things like spices, dishwasher soap, laundry soap, more paper towels, etc.

The balcony with the view of the ocean was great. There is access from all the rooms. The location is pretty close to town and the beach. You just have to climb the hill so I drove everywhere. The kitchen was pretty well equipped. The property management were very responsive and the check in process went smoothly.

The furniture in the living room and patio is pretty old and tired and not very comfortable. The bed also isn’t very comfortable. It would have been nice to have more toilet paper as well as paper towels for the kitchen. A full length mirror would have been useful. There is only a small one in the hall and a medicine cabinet over the sink. The bathroom needs more lighting.

Nice and cosy flat, very clean and well-furnished with modern design. Pictures correspond to reality. Great location in quiet neighbourhood and easy to walk to Albufeira Old Town. The balcony is definitely the highlight with an astonishing view overlooking the ocean and town while having breakfast or dinner. Nice that pets are welcome! I will definitely come back. Can recommend!

My only complaint is that there was no Nespresso coffee machine :)

amazing view, large terrace which is accessible from every room, clean, modern apartment with everything you need (microwave, oven, hob, washing machine and dishwasher), powerful shower, double bed in the bedroom & 2 double sofas in the living room, jet bath (was too hot to try it!), large pool, secure free parking, 10 mins walk to the shops, old town and the beach host was great communicating before and during our stay and met us at the property to hand over the keys and explain everything

the steep hill on the way back from the beach/town but a dip in the pool is an excellent cure for that and for cooling down + that's how you get amazing views
