The garden is amazing.😍

Very noisy, room number 1.

The Garden out side was cute, didn't have time to observe that much the house. We were just for one nigh.

The rooms are too noisy, it's like all of us living in one room, a lot of echo. Specially when other guests are coming back in the middle of the night... That's the only major thing.

The hostel is well kept, cleaned every day. It has a nice feel, well decorated. One can easily feel like at home there. It is good for the price.

The rooms and windows are very badly, if at all, isolated: Even with close windows and blinds, one can hear clearly the cars on the big road nearby. If anyone opens a door in the whole house, one hears it. The handles and the locks of the doors and common bathroom are very old and noisy. On top of it, the hostel is just in front of a big bilingual school... and children are of course noisy from the start of school. All in all: If you have a light sleep, avoid the place. There is a modern TV in the common rooms, but not connected to anything... and no instructions to connect it, so useless and very disappointing. And noone in the evening at the counter to help. The Wi-Fi is quite slow. Since there is a different one for ground floor and 1st floor, you always have to switch manually from one to the other because it catches the one on the ground floor when you enter the house. The shower/bath was a bit blocked: Water has difficulty to run down, so that you end up showering with water up to your ankles. The piping system is in need of a overwhole renovation. There was only one chair in our room... there could at least be two for a double room. We only saw the staff the first day for check-in... invisible after that... of course, we were out a lot, but still.

great location in Santa Cruz, lovely owner and clean rooms with good WiFi.

we had some rather inconsiderate neighbours who kept slamming their door so it might be good to have a notice at the top of the stairs asking guests to be mindful of noise during the night.

Very clean, super friendly and helpful staff and a very nice shared kitchen with everything one could need to cook.

The walls are really thin and the doors move with every slight breeze so it is rather noisy sometimes. Also the WiFi connection is not very stable.

Good location, but need time to find parking space. Everything was clean. There was a kitchen were to prepare a breakfast.

When you open window then you hear traffic noise. Internet speed could be better.

Casa Kilig is a real gem in Santa Cruz. The house is beautiful and the location is super, in a walking distance to the best part of the city. It´s not the first time we stay here, we love it!

The house is located by a traffic street. This did not bother us but might be something somebody ealse like to consider.

The room was clean.

Casa Kilig is located near a very busy street The noise was horrible even during the night! The little colorful terrace is located near this busy street so nobody wants to seat there! Very unpleasant stay...and there was no hot water in the morning.

location is close to center, you can use a well equipped kitchen and the room was big! also liked a lot the decorations and style of the old house. communication was quick and easy!

its next to a busy road which you hear quite well, with windows open it’s very loud. in the matrasses you could feels the springs quite well. bathroom a bit small.

Building was really beautiful. Kitchen was there and t&c was free to use. It was clean

This is our second stay in Casa Kilig we love it so much! Friendly service from start to finish, clean rooms with adequate facilities, fantastic location just 5-10 minutes from city centre and great Wi-Fi. We also left our COVID fit to fly rapid antigen test kits there by mistake but the owner kept them for us to collect on our return to Santa Cruz before flying home… legend! Compared with other places we have stayed in Santa Cruz and from seeing where my family stayed at a higher price Casa Kilig beat them hands down!

A bit more noisy in room 3 compared to room 5 but as we were staying over Xmas there was hardly any traffic so not a major issue. No breakfast due to COVID restrictions but out with control of the hotel.

Location on a boulevard which causes a lot of noises during the night from speeding cars.

The staff were very accommodating in making mine and my partners stay really enjoyable. The rooms were very clean and an excellent size. Location was great, easy walk to the main part of the city.

The bed could have been more comfortable. It wasn't uncomfortable, I'm just struggling to find anything wrong with this place.

The house is bright, airy and spacious. It is also very clean and beautifully decorated. The owner was welcoming. Our shared bathroom was only shared with one other person. The shared kitchen was well equipped.
