Very clean and friendly staff

I needed a shower gel in the bathroom

The rooms were clean and tidy. It had all you needed for a brief stay. The beds were comfortable.

It did not have its own parking, you had to oars in the street.

Location, cleanliness, facilities, decor, attentive staff

Room is at pavement level, so you can hear passers by if the window is open. But equally, this means it would be excellent for those with mobility issues as no stairs!

I didn't sleep, high music and people from pub talked all night in the corridor at 3:30 o'clock.

Well placed in the center of Loughborough. Very good value. Plenty of parking. Bar on site, very good barman. Convenient check-in and check-out times. Room and bathrooms very clean, bed comfortable.

Heating only turned on post my arrival so room cold. No restaurant on site or close by. Disturbed by other guests (suspect temporary workers) early in the morning (06:15)

The location is great and basically, you get what you payed for, this was a last-minute booking on new year's eve and it was definitely accommodating considering the circumstances. All in all its an average place to stay for a very good value, the main point of sale is the 10 minute walk into loughborough town and the 3 minute walk to the tescos.

There was nothing in particular that I didn't like, as I said you get what you paid for. The room wasn't clean but it wasn't disgusting, from what I could see the bed sheets were clean and in a situation where you're paying under £50 to stay anywhere this is to be expected. I do think if I took a blacklight to the room I would think differently though. The main issue that I had really was the stairs to the rooms were somewhat treacherous, late december means that metal stairs are slippery and there are steps that can be taken to ensure increased safety such a grip stape on the edge of steps but all in all it's just an average place to stay.

Good clean room and well mannered staff. Bed had seen better day's but clean and tidy.

Could do with a shelf and clothes hooks in bathroom. A small fold up table too I main room as the only place yo put ure things was the bedside unit between the beds.
