The room was pretty large and comfortable.
The bathroom is small compared to the room size but just fine for a short stay.
Easy parking and short distance walk into town.

Good space, v clean. Great to have a ground floor room with the dog - easy access to outside.
Green emergency exit sign above the door was so bright it disturbed my sleep. Walls so thin we could hear every word of the tv news when the staff member next door turned it on just after 6am.

Unfortunately the next room had their TV on all night which could hear through the wall adjacent to the bed. The sofa was really uncomfortable to sit on, there was a lightbulb out on one of the bedside lights. Considering the space available a small desk/table and chair would be useful to have had for working at

Friendly staff
We stayed in Room 12 and it was not fit for purpose. The room needed decorating and the bathroom up grading and the TV didn't work fully.
It was a very tired room made worse by the noise from other guests.

The room was large- we had a ground floor room. It had hard flooring. The bathroom was clean and the shower was Lager than the other showers we have seen on our trip. The reception guy was very helpful and nice.

Single room not really to a great standard. Very basic with poor quality of decoration which seemed expensive for what it was. Only staying 1 night so didn’t bother me too much!

Great hospitality from the owner. Nice staff, nice breakfast, very accommodating and very helpful. Good parking. Easy to access. Clean rooms, clean bedding, clean towels, budget price. Short walk (5-8 mins) to town centre. Overall - pretty good.I would recommend this guest house overall and would happily stay there again.
Rooms are a bit tired, but clean, so for a budget price, with nice staff, and pretty good breakfast, it was perfectly fine for what we needed from the guest house. I would recommend this guest house overall and would happily stay there again.
