Cozinha bem equipada e apartamento bastante ventilado. Gostei também da localizaçao e do fato de ter lavanderia no subsolo.

Check in em maquina self service torna tudo excessivamente impessoal. Não gosto.

Location was good, nice and central close to shops, supermarkets and foreshore.

Lack of facilities, no washing liquid, no tea towels, no soap bars or shampoo. Lighting was very poor, lack of reception staff, stayed 4 days and didn't see anyone in reception office the whole time.

Everything was perfect

The whole place looks new and designed well, very clean, amazing location (just cross the road and you have a big supermarket and restaurants, plus 3 minutes walk and you are in the center of town. They also have on the basement floor a play room (with PS4, ping-pong table, etc.) and a laundry room with two washing machines and a dryer. We missed that when we booked the room so it was a nice surprise. The reception person was very kind and responsive.

The parking is a bit challenging, but a good driver can manage. I wish there was an option for breakfast, even to order into the room as an extra service. Other than that I liked it all.

Everything was absolutely perfect! The location is close to both the old city center and the lido beach, and there is a grocery store, a pharmacy and restaurants very close. Our appartment was modern and bright and cleverly planned. Everything we needed was there. There were washing facilities (washing machines) and a games room in the basement. Everywhere it was shining clean. Antonio in the reception was very friendly and helpful, and was a great support when my friend got ill and needed a doctor. If we were to return to Riva we would definitely stay here again and we can highly recommend it to other travellers.
