L' appartamento è di recente ristrutturazione è molto grande arredamento moderno curato nei minimi dettagli. Molto confortevole e adatto anche a famiglie. C'è la possibilità di regolare in modo ottimale il riscaldamento e l'aria condizionata (che visto il periodo non abbiamo usato). Molto comodo il parcheggio interno. Gentilissima la persona che ci ha accolto . Consigliatissimo.

Not all light were working. Especially in the bathroom where only one out of 4 light was working.
The airconditioning for the living room has to little capacity and won’t cool down enough during warm days.

The apartment was large and spacious for 7 people. The whole complex is clean and fun. The pool and hot tub are pampering.
If there were bikes for the kids too it would have been great. And if every 3-4 days they would change towels at no extra charge ...

The pool water were cold, even for mid-August high temperatures we couldn't enjoy more than a few minutes without wanting out...
Since major audience are families, it could be nice to have more bycicle options for kids, bith more baby-chairs (the few are usually in use) and bikes for self-driving kids (16,18,20 inch).
The location is not close enough to easy-walk to the center, while parking in the center is very expensive.

This was a great apartment. Spotlessly clean and a modern stylish interior with all the necessities for cooking etc. They also had free parking in their secure private car park and offered bikes that could be availed of for free which was excellent. They had a nice pool and lovely roof top terrace with stunning views. We really couldn't have asked for more. We also visited one of their restaurants in Riva and it was the nicest meal we had while visiting Riva. Would definitely recommend this apartment and will definitely return.

Very clean and comfort. Located about 10 minutes walking from the lake. Spacious and well equipped as well.
