This is one of the best places we have stayed at during holidays. Apartments are clean and spacious fully equipped. Staff is friendly and helpful, they allowed us to check in earlier, as we were traveling with small kids. I fully recommend staying here!

I had an excellent time at this amazing resort. I stayed for 2 nights in a 1 br apartment. Very relaxing atmosphere. Extremely comfortable bed and pillows .... I mean unbelievably comfortable. The receptionist was very polite and friendly. He even walked me to my room to show it to me. I highly recommend this place.

The apartment was lovely, with a great view to the see and the pool. Beds were pretty comfortable.

When we entered the apartment it was quite dirty but we told the person at the reception and immediately the issue was solved by sending a group to have it cleaned. The area where the resort is situated is with current construction work going on, so it may be a bit noisy at times. People were leaving towels on the sun beds next to the pool and never picked them up, and it always seemed they are occupied. Not sure how this should be solved in the best way but was very inconvenient.

the kettle burnt down (but was immediately replaced), the toilet leaked onto the floor, the wifi stopped working, even after reporting the fault it was not fixed, very polluted sea

1. The lady from the reception :))) She was very friendly, kind, excellent English, always smiling and the hand wave from our departure was surprisingly warm and friendly. Thank you! 2. The rooms are very clean, you have air conditioning in every room, Samsung or Toshiba TV, washing machine, fridge, microwaves, oven, stove etc. 3. The pool is big, clean, refreshing and with a nice view. 4. The restaurant Casa Grande has excellent food with fair prices. Thank you to young charming Vasil for helping us during our stay with the drinks and food! 5. At the restaurant they helped us with a sweet surprise for my parents anniversary! Thank you also for this. 6. Safe free parking and safe area of the resort. 7. Albatros supermarket only 50 meters away is a plus for the resort. 8. Diddi Beach is also 100 meters away, with good sand and also a lovely terrace. 9. The staff is ready to help you both in the rooms and at the pool with everything is needs. 10. Overall an excellent accommodation!

Maybe for some people the shower in 1 bedroom apartment can be a little small.

It depends on which apartment you are given. . As we arrived late at night we were put in D5. It was absolutely infested with flies. Too many of them and children have to cover themselves with sheet all time with only eyes peeping through. . Despite the advertisment says "we speak your language" there was no chance of discussing or protesting as the security guard standing lone in dark reception walked us to building and told us our flat with sign language. . None of us had a shower as the water was cold and we were not told thta we needed to switch the boiler on. . When we complained next morning there was no apology. Only offer to upgrade to a better flat. There is no negotiation or compensation for the stress and utter disappointment we had in the forst night. . We took the offer and the rest of stay was pleasant as the flat was clean and comfortable. . In the first two enings we had satisfactory dining in the redtaurant.The day od our departure and at the pool area we ordered a burger for our boys. The menue did not say the burger had the perk of ham topping. The burger came with ham in it. We said we do not eat ham. The waiter who was visibly unhappy. She took the burger away and brought it back with bun without burger or ham. It just had tomatto and ketchup. We explained we a tually said we did not wantbthe ham but wanted the beef. They took the ketchuppy bun away and brought the bun with the burger but it was the same burger which was stuffed with the ham juice. We said we did not want this buger as it was the same original one and have been back and forth. The waiters were exasperated by our unreasonably demanding attitude and the called the cheff in. The cheff was understanding and said he would cook another burger. I write all of this not because of the importance of the issue but as representation of similar minor difficulties you may encounter. .

We had a good stay at the resort. I like the fact that the apartment was clean and quite new. Reception staff were great and very helpful during the entire stay.

The restaurant staff could’ve been more helpful. As we have some food intolerances it would’ve been nice if the staff knew what we could expect from our orders from the restaurant as they didn’t and we couldn’t eat what we have ordered, still we paid for it. We were waiting for the waitress to order a cup of coffee at the pool for 15 min because she was having a nice long conversation with one of the guests, saying that the reason for her being slow is because she’s alone. No one came to clean the rooms for the entire stay. I would accept all this if the prices were different still for 200BGN per night I expect perfect treatment.
