bast thing about this hotel is the localisation. Also the sea view from the balcony. There is no AC in the room, so it's very hot inside during the day. The room is small (but it has been said in the offer) and the furniture is old.

Nice hotel from the Bulgarian communist period. The hotel has managed to keep that old-school vibe. Rooms are basic but clean. The best thing about the hotel is the location and the view over the city garden and the sea.

Loud music throughout most of the night coming from a nearby club.

The view of tge park as it literally is in the middle of a national park and within walkin distance of 3 mins you are at the beach!

The hotel is right in front of a very loud building. We have stayed two nights on a high top floor room of the hotel and they played very very very loud bass music both night (literally until 6 am both nights so coincidence). We couldn't sleep. The bed sheets were itching, probably they used some very strong detergent. Old-fashion communistic style hotel. Definetly don't stay there if you want to sleep. We just needed a place to rest.

I liked the location of the hotel and its lower price compared to others. Unfortunately later on I found out why the price is lower...

First There was no hot water, not even warm. In this case you would think "hot showers after a long day at the beach is overrated anyway. I should go for a cold one to keep my self fresh" eh, here comes the second one. Second The shower isn't working, clearly (pun intended as it wasn't clear at all). So you think "Daamn, right no shower at all today okay, I'll go to the basics and well put my toes under the water, because it's that short you can even wash your behind (no way of squatting or stretching yourself could work if you are taller than 180cm, believe me I've tried them all. Except if you are a tall water-bender then it's cold, but fine. Third So you aren't in a mood anymore and you decide to go complain to reception right? Well obviously that's the way, but after 12pm there were no one down there. Like literally empty reception, knocking on the personel doors didn't work either. No one came for 20 minutes and I went back to my room. Thank god we were there for only one night.

Near the lake and, park and sea view.

The bathroom was horrible, the entire floor was a little bit sink so it feel like at any moment the entire bathroom will break down under your feet, the cool water in the shower was not working so was imposible just to get a proper shower just with super hot water, no shampoo at all, and the toilet was dirty. They provided just one blanket so my boyfriend was unable to cover well at night, the bed and pillows were so uncomfortable, being in this hotel I guess was good for Standards of the sovietic regime in 1950 but not today, we had nightmares all night, this place is less than one star, I don't think is worth even the low price u can find something better for this price in yown., Super creepy place.
