Everything was Well maintained and organized.
It was very clean and the staff was very helpful to make the stay very comfortable.

Great place, had a wonderful 4 days there with the family, the hosts were very attentive and we had a beautiful group dinner at their restaurant as well.

The quiet yet accessible location.
Clean modern 2 bedroom villa. The location of the villa was quite nice, as you were close to everything but not immediately in the hustle and buzzing of the city. Pool is cleaned daily and the aircos works perfectly in every room. You also get some fruit for your arrival, you have a coffee machine and a equiped kitchen as well. A motorbike is necessary and you can arrange this with the hosts. The hosts are really very friendly and very attentive which made my stay in the villa even more enjoyable. They really help you out with everything (transport, practicalities, etc. ...) Would definitely recommend this one having done a lot of villa's here, this is a great value for money/price/quality !

The place and the room are very beautiful and comfortable for a short rest) In general, everything is very cozy, we mostly spent a place near the pool, there is an ideal area for an evening dinner and cozy conversations with music.
On one of the days of rest, the pool was cleaned for us, but we ourselves tried to maintain order, so everything was great.
We ordered pizza from the owner of the hotel, he brought delicious pizza, everyone was happy.
It was a little embarrassing that there were no doors or even curtains between the bed and the toilet in one of the bedrooms. I understand that for many this is not a problem. We just didn't feel comfortable with our friends.
Also, in one of the bedrooms, you need to check the roof, as it was leaking from the ceiling during the rain.
We, unfortunately, did not really like the Thai restaurant, we waited a very long time for the order and then were upset, because it was not tasty for us. But the pizza was great!

The owner was really helpful and communicative (we requested an additional desk and it was provided the same day with a chair)
Cleaning ladies come once in a week and change all the towels and linens. Everything was clean and tidy

Wow what a Villa! Loved the place set in a quiet / lush location. It has all the amenities you need. ( and more) The rooms are more then comfortable ( mattres on the hard side for me but thats personal ) The pool is awesome and the garden has places in the shade to relax or you can use the sun deck.
Staff is friendly and will help you with everything you need. Food can be orderd through the owners ( they have a restaurant) Or you can use Grab / foodpanda. And ofcourse you can go out for a bite.
Location requires personal transport or the use of a taxi. But when you like a place were its quiet and comfortable you should certainly stay!
Would visit again. I had 6 great days. : )

The villa was absolutely perfect.
Very clean and stylish place, with cozy lightning, refreshing outdoor pool and all the amenities we needed, and last but not least – really good wifi! It's located in a quiet neighbourhood, and Lamai centre is just a short walk or a scooter ride away. Our host was really welcoming - offered us scooters with good price, introduced us the neighbourhood, and helped us with literally everything. Also, his wife's Thai restaurant was super yummy – the best Tom Yum we've had in Thailand so far. Whenever I come back to Koh Samui, I will definitely book it again. A strong recommendation!

It was our best traveling experience in koh sumai , because we chose Chuan Chom villa . My wife and I love this villa very much . Quiet environment , private space , convenient service facilities , cute and clean swimming pool in the yard , sunny balcony on the roof , and the kindest host 24h on call to help .Rent a motorbike , you can get everything needed in few minutes , and reach anywhere of the island if you want to .All in all , we would love to come back here again .
