Alquilamos para 3 como es lógico debía haber ropa de cama para el sillón y toallas, lo trajeron al día siguiente así que bien. La cama de la habitación de matrimonio una basura, está hundida en el centro y el colchón es más grande que el somier.

Awesome position! It is in the middle of the main "hotspots" of El Medano. The bedroom remains fresh.

The house inside is ok. Be wary the shower can be very slippery! What I didn't like the most is that the agency managing the house didn't provide me with the keys for the laundry which is in the terrace. I asked the guy who give me the key to have them asap and I even sent a reminder via Watsapp the day after. They haven't even answered to that...

Location

We left the apartment after two days because it was full of insects (termites and something similar to small ants). Insects are everywhere. The furniture is old, nothing like the one in the picture. The apartment needs a complete renovation. We did not receive any help in finding a new apartment. The staff does not speak English. I don't recommend it.

Municipal bins are pretty far away.

For us the location was super - in the center of EL Medano, everything was close by. The apartment is in first floor, very large and comfortable, kitchen is fully equipped. As it is in the main street with restaurants and evening life, it is not suitable for those who are sensitive to noise. Free parking is not available at the location, but there is quite easy to find parking in the streets 5-10 min walking away.

Some pieces of furniture in the apartment are quite old and it would be nice to be replaced.

Host was supposed to meet us but since we were running late, he made sure there will be someone to hand us the keys and show us the apartment. I fell unwell at the end of the stay and we changed our mind a few times (leaving, then staying, then leaving earlier) and the host was very understanding and patient. The apartment is not furnished in a modern style but is very clean. The bedroom bed - very comfortable. The living room couch - too. There is no air conditioner (which was something we got shocked to find out out was missing) but in the end, you don't need air con there firstly because it was not unbearably hot and, secondly, by opening the front-room and back-room windows, you can get plenty of air; and with El Medano, being always windy, the temperature in the apartment was perfect. Clear instructions where to dispose of the recyclable waste was given. A complementary water bottle in the fridge was much appreciated as we arrived late and shops were closed. Cooking felt like home - everything you needed was supplied. Very spacious and comfortable place. We loved it.
