L'emplacement est parfait! A côté du terminus du tram qui va à l'aéroport et tout est accessible à pied facilement. J'avais une chambre qui donnait sur l'arrière du bâtiment donc calme. La literie était confortable.

La poubelle n'était pas vidée à mon arrivée. L'état de la salle de bain, c'était moyen. Il y avait des joints noirs de moisissures dans la douche et les boutons du mitigeur étaient cassés (restés enfoncés). Une bouilloire est mise à disposition, j'aurais apprécié qu'il y ait 2-3 sachets de thés avec!

Hotelul este amplasat într-un mall , la etajele 5 și 6, unde curățenia lasă de dorit ! Dar când ajungi in camera impresiile sunt pozitive !

No reception at all, asked twice via emails n booking.com message to send me code for entry, no reply n did not tell us room number either as we booked for 4 rooms

Nothing at all - would recommend anyone to avoid this place. Would have given this place 0 if it was possible.

No reception at this hotel and no access arrangements received, so could not get into room on arrival. I provided the hotel with our contact details, as requested by them, in order to then receive a text from them with the access code and entry arrangements etc, but never received anything, so could not enter our rooms. I tried to phone a number given but the line was engaged all the time, so we ended up having to go to their partner hotel to get a physical key card, which meant trailing luggage across town in pouring rain to go to the other hotel and then back again to the hotel we'd booked. Someone else arriving at the same time as us had not received any access instructions either. Their system is completely useless. Another point is the lack of security. When we entered the hallway of our floor, someone who had been waiting outside the door (which required the mobile phone key to open) came in behind us - have no idea if they really had a room or not.......so basically any member of the public can get onto the floor of the hotel where only guests should be. You only have to wait for someone to come along with the mobile phone key, then slip in behind them. This is a big security issue, especially for solo travellers.
