- l’emplacement idéal à 2 pas de la gare et du port de croisière, sur une belle place et à côté des quartiers intéressants tels que Bryggen ou le port. - le petit déjeuner exceptionnel à tous points de vues !! - le décor et l’aménagement de l’hôtel - le personnel discret mais agréable

- j’ai payé pour une chambre avec vue sur la grande place et on nous a attribué une chambre vue sur ruelle étroite, avec une vue directe sur les fenêtres des voisins. En hors saison c’est vraiment peu acceptable. - l’hôtel est un 5 étoiles mais il manque des chaussons, peignoirs et mouchoirs en chambre. - il faut payer un supplément pour accéder à la piscine !

The breakfast was without a doubt the best breakfast I have ever had. I wasn’t expecting it so it really was such a great surprise. The staff were all lovely and the hotel decor was fabulous. Cosy and modern and very relaxing.

Our double room was really small. Definitely one of the smaller hotel rooms I’ve ever been in. It’s kind of crazy that you have to pay a fee to use the pool as a guest, even when you are having a spa treatment done. I’ve never had this before. Also, no water in the room which again isn’t usual.

L'accès piscine et spa n'est pas compris dans le prix et ça n'est spécifié nul part lors de la réservation (prix assez élevé). Le petit déjeuner est noir de monde.

L'hôtel est très beau, bien entretenu et particulièrement bien situé. Le personnel est discret et très compétent : rapidité pour délivrer les services demandés (réservation d'un taxi, ou d'une place de théâtre), disponibilité pour résoudre les problèmes (réglage de la climatisation dans la chambre), pertinence quant aux propositions faites sur les prestations touristiques et culturelles demandées (recommandation et réservation d'une présentation conforme à mes attentes). Le petit déjeuner est d'une exceptionnelle rareté à plusieurs points de vue : très bonne qualité des produits servis, une diversité incroyable et une quantité largement suffisante pour que les derniers arrivés au buffet soient aussi bien servis que les premiers.

Passé 21 heures, le bar de la réception ne sert plus de boissons chaudes : c'est au client d'aller au bar du restaurant chercher lui-même ses boissons et d'en assurer le service à l'étage du dessus. Le personnel est très serviable mais il manque parfois de tact : à plusieurs reprises, on me répondait en Français car la personne qui m'accompagnait ne parlait que cette langue et alors que je ne m'exprimais qu'en Anglais qui est ma langue maternelle. Le parcours du petit-déjeuner n'est pas pratique : le buffet s'étend sur 4 espaces différents dans lesquels la circulation est difficile puisqu'il ne s'agit pas d'un sens de circulation unique, ce qui rend le servie au buffet très inconfortable. Enfin, la lumière dans les chambres n'est ni écologique, ni pratique : la lampe du couloir de la chambre est associée aux lampes de la chambre elle-même ; on ne peut dissocier les éclairages de sorte qu'il n'est pas possible d'allumer le plafonnier de la chambre sans allumer aussi celui du couloir de la chambre

Breakfast was amazing, they had everything you could possible want and more but would have liked it to be available a little later than 09:30. Coffee was great too. Seating excellent. Decoration very contemporary and beautiful

Bar stopped serving alcohol very early. No Air con in Norwegian hotels, they have air flow which was not great through the night. Seemed to reset or not be very cooling

Comfortable and clean family room, neatly prepared for 2 adults and 3 kids (10, 8 and 5 years old), superb bathroom, magnificent view of the city, extremely friendly staff, exceptional breakfast with an wide selection of exciting, high-quality local food!

Charge (30 NOK/48 hours) for renting umbrellas, which are a must in Bergen

The building is beautiful, and the location is amazing, right in the center of Bergen. The staff was nice and helpful. The breakfast buffet had a lot of choice but was a bit chaotic.

The room was really, really dusty. We had booked a double room with an extra bed, but when we arrived the bed hadn't been set up. The room was cleaned every day, but in a very haphazard way. The SPA is great but the sauna was broken and there was no discount offered because of it (you have to pay around 18€ for SPA access, it's not included).

The breakfast was really amazing. The hotel location if great, near the city harbour, at a walking distance. We were lucky and had a neatiful view from our bedroom.

I am very disappointed by the third bed on which I had to sleep in our bedroom. I book a room for 3 persons, 2 single bed and a couch which could be changed to a bed. I happened that this third bed is on a piece of wood. I have to insist on the fact that I never ever experienced that in any 3, 4 or 5-star hotels I have been sleeping in. It was not confortable at all. Also, the hotel presentation on the BOOKING.COM site is completely misleading. You show pictures of a swimming pool, write that there is a swimming pool available at the hotel, and in the end, you have to scroll down to the very bottom of the available amenities to read that the swimming pool is at an extra cost. Again, I have never experienced this in any other around the world. I specifically chose this hotel because there was a swimming pool. FYI, the price to access the swimming pool, during the week, is 16 euros per person per day!!! And even more expensive during the week end. Finally, I had to leave the hotel earlier than foreseen due to my mother being sick. In the end, we stayed 2 nights instead of 5, checking out at 5.45am after 2 nights. I paid the entire stay in advance though Booking.com. Norge would not make any gesture to reimburse me totally or partially for this inconvinience... Very disappointing. I will never chose your hotel chain anymore.

The hotel design is good. Great location. Good breakfast choices.

The 24 hr gym is located close to the family rooms. There was one guy doing weight training at 11pm and making a lot of noises which woke us up.

- I would expect the breakfast tables to be laid out in a hotel like hotel Norge, vs having to get your own cutlery. - because to reception is on the 3rd floor there is very little contact with staff, I found it to be quite an 'anonymous' hotel where you can walk in and nobody notices - no bath mat in the room and no hand towel - it wasn't clear to me at booking that use of the swimming pool comes at an additional cost (195NOK per day) as it is part of the spa complex. If you only want to use the swimming pool for 30 min in the morning I find this too expensive.

Breakfast was delicious and the hotel was high quality and clean. Elevators were super fast. The lobby was beautiful and the location was awesome.

The room was too small and so was the bed. The window had no view, it was overlooking another wall.

Awfully dusty room, the lack of slippers and bathrobes. Foot towels are also not provided. The design of the room is not convenient. The stuff is arrogant and impolite, especially at the restaurant. The hotel is noisy and reminds Turkish market.
