Great location with semi private beach that you can use youself most of the time. Staff is great and very supportive. Breakfast is excellent. Highly recommend this place when available. Usually it is only rented out for groups or events and separate rooms are only available in low season. If you are lucky enough to see it being available I highly recommend it!

Location is a bit secluded and you need a taxi etc to get around. Bikes are available for free but are in bad condition which is my only complaint. Maybe this can be fixed...

Breakfast is fabulous! I doubt there is a bad view from any room and the pool and small beach are perfect! The staff is extremely nice and helpful, if this is available book it!

This place felt like paradise! Everything was beyond our expectations - we even got upgraded as we were celebrating our honeymoon :) The staff were amazing (thanks Kevin, Alex, Mariana and all!), beautiful and clean rooms, pool area is great, private small beach, excellent breakfast (different every day).

Take into account the place is a taxi drive (120-150 peso) from the center, otherwise only 1-2 restaurants nearby (that are so-so). It is possible to get food delivery though.. But other than that no reason to leave the hotel :)

The hotel is located in a quieter area right by the sea. Nearby there are great restaurants and also to the center it is not far by cab or golfcart. The accommodation is very clean and paradisiacal. The rooms are beautifully and lovingly decorated and some rooms have a direct view of the sea and the great view of the small oasis. The staff is extremely friendly and accommodating and also the breakfast is lovingly prepared and is varied. You can borrow paddle boards and canoes for free. A small hotel with a lot of charm. We spent three weeks traveling in several hotels and this was by far the cleanest hotel where we also felt the most comfortable. On arrival we were greeted with a welcome drink and given an upgrade and we got a late check out without any problems. They are very flexible and do their best to make you feel comfortable. Through a WhatsApp group with the hotel staff and guests, we were always kept up to date and restaurant recommendations were sent to us. A big thank you to Kevin and Alex who made this stay unforgettable A nice ending to our Mexico trip!

The staff here are amazing, they let us access the beach and use there shower and towels even after we checked out. They also kept our breakfast in the fridge for us since we didn’t catch it in the morning

Breakfast was fantastic! Room was spacious, very clean, bed was comfy with plenty of pillows. Staff were very friendly and always helpful. Small private beach was beautiful. There is a lovely garden terrace overlooking the sea just above the beach where you can watch the sunset. This is a place away from crowds, meant for sophisticated travellers. Breakfast prepared by a lovely chef Augustina is very tasty and healthy.

I appreciated the daily breakfast and the front desk making necessary reservations for the other meals. (No restaurant on property but a nice establishment is very close-3 minute walk to CoCo. ) The property is quaint and lovely and the private beach was everything I was looking for. The massage therapist came on site; very convenient!

My door key/lock was very difficult to use. The bicycles available to use on the property were terrible and should be replaced.

A magical and homely place, right on the waterfront. Authentic and with personal service and a hug from the staff. Private beach. Stunning room. Everything is natural and special. A place that preserves the ecology and natural balance of the island.

some of the staff was super helpful and friendly some less organized and helpful but this can happen. also some small details like the room doors, curtains could have been more robust and more at the level of the rest of the hotel

Everything, the staff was super friendly, we had a large bedroom with a giant heavenly bed. The breakfast was different every day and so good. There is a private beach with two kayak’s and supboards you can use for free. It was an amazing stay.

The view from our room was beautiful. The room decor also very charming. Good shower, good size room.

First world problem, but the bed was a little too soft for our liking. :) Lots of boats anchor in front of the hotel and some of them play loud music(one of them until 2am) - it's not the hotel's fault though and the hotel security did their best to resolve this matter.

Our expectations were blown away so much so we booked another night. The room was beautiful and the views were beyond breathtaking. The staff was so accommodating, professional and friendly. The level of service they provided left me feeling special. My favorite part of the stay was the breakfast. The staff would ask what time we wanted breakfast each night before going to bed. In the morning there was fruit, yogurt and coffee provided with a main course that rotated each morning. Its was exceptional and an amazing way to start each day on the island. We left our stay feeling relaxed and refreshed.

It’s a beautiful property overlooking the water with a lovely, small private beach right next door. We were in room #3 with a balcony facing the ocean. We loved the room and the bed was super comfortable. The staff was so helpful and kind and made us feel right at home.

Would love a few more towel hooks and drawers.
