Location was perfect.

The unfriendly unprofessional staff. The overall neglect. They dont offer luggage storage facilities....the snorkling company did! The snorkling company even offered me their shower facilities and bathroom to change...before taking the ferry back to cancun/ intl airport.

Room was clean and simple, nothing fancy. Shower had good hot water. Had a leaky toilet, but told the front desk and it was fixed within a couple of hours. Location is close to everything.

The locked gate system at night is a disaster. The guy who was supposed to come unlock it would take forever to unlock it and the last night we stayed he was asleep in the chair and wouldn't wake up and I ended up having to just force my way into the gate and he never even saw us go past him. Maybe get a better method or give the guests a key to the gate with their room key so they don't have to wait to go to their room. This was extremely frustrating.

the air conditioning worked well. The staff was nice.

Dirty floors. Long hair stuck to my feet and dirt after taking a shower and walking 20 foot to the bed. Thick crud on the base of the toilet. Broken lamp. High grass around the pool. Loud music playing at the restaurant/bar below till 4 am. Holes in the walls around ac unit. I have pictures of all the above.

Very good price for such a convenient location. Great housekeeping and friendly staff

It's in the center but the hotel room was pretty dirty (hair everywhere on the floor and in the bathroom was the worst). The furniture is very old. I mean you can get way better place for this price, not worth it. You're in walking distance to the beach and right in the city center though (but unless you're disabled everything is in a walking distance, the island is small :)

The room was dirty, bunch of hair on the bathroom floor was just too much for me.

It was on Hidalgo Street, the main tourist area, and as a result the noise level was unbearable. The internet was sketchy to non existent. Reoeated repairs were necessary

The pool was clean. Good number of chairs around it. Housekeeping did a good job every day. Staff at front desk very friendly and helpful. A/C worked very well. Right in the heart of shopping etc. but the room was very quiet. 2 block walk to the North Beach area.

No parking on site but that couldn't be helped because the street is pedestrian only.
