WC bei Ankunft verstopft, Dusche mit schwarzen Rändern. Self-Service Frühstück mit dem absolut Allernötigsten, keine Kaffeemaschine, Wasserkocher war klebrig. Dünne Wände, so dass das TV-Programm des Nachbarn mitzuhören war.

A light breakfast was provided: cereal, toast, fruit, tea, coffee, and juice. There was a lounge for guests that provided a microwave, refrigerator, teapot, cups and tv.

Quite a bit of noise through the night, from both indoors (other guests using toilets and moving around early) and outside from traffic.

1. I liked that close to location there are buses that can take you almost anywhere. However, sometimes to complete the journey you need two buses. 2. I liked that about 5 minutes walk away there is the ASDA supermarket (opened non-stop). It is the closest supermarket to this house.

1. I would have liked the bed to be a little wider. 2. I would have liked to find the kitchen open all the time, not just 2-3 hours in the morning, that is, only when the owner is there. When she's not there, she always take care to close the kitchen, where only there you can eat comfortably, being space specially designed for this. It is in vain to equip the house with a kitchen if you keep it open only when you want. In my opinion I think the kitchen should be available to the tenants anytime, for their comfort. I don't like eating in my room and it doesn't seem normal such thing. The room is for living and sleeping there, not eating there. The fact that the kitchen is open only when the owner is at the address should be specified on the booking.com, to the profile of the house.

Good location, c. 2 miles from centre of Aberdeen with a frequent bus service and unrestricted on road parking.

The guesthouse was value for money, it had all the essentials, a bed, a simple breakfast and shower facilities (shared). It also had good quality WIFI, the beds were comfortable and warm. Carol was on hand at breakfast time with lots of options for food and a chat.

The breakfast was very good. No complaints here. The location was great, nice and central the only drawback wasn't the property owners fault it was a road closure right outside due to roadworks.

Felt it was maybe a bit small, and the lounge didn't have a sink to wash my mug. I had to do that in my room or the toilet.
