The pool wasn't active in the evening, and it was hard to find the staff of the hotel, I didn't enjoy my stay and the staff was really rude

Well located for the market square and main bus terminal, and a short walk from oasis hotel where they pick you up for trips to xmilico etc. Great if your flying in or out and want to catch bus from airport and not get stung $90 by taxi airport mafia. Rooftop pool a bonus and lots of authentic and cheap street food stands in the adjacent market square. A cheap option for onwards travel.

The wifi was shockingly bad, to non existent unless you wanted to sit in reception with all the other guests trying to get a connection. But clean and plentiful hot water for showers etc.

guest talk on the phone all night long hard to get sleep. and hotel is next to 11-11 gay night club that is music beat is very loud

Location is good. From there you can get public transport to explore cancun. R1 bus will take you to all the nearby beaches.

Many things. Staff in the evening not at all supportive. Bed sheets are very dark colour and seems not clean. Rooms don’t have proper window. It’s really shady place. Don’t book for family stay.

The property is ok for this price, but the location of hotel very near to Night club so you will be unable to sleep till midnight 00:00 due to the loud music:(

The wifi didn't work in our room...

very old, many things not working. they were painting the pool area so I could not use it. also there’s no restaurant as announced.

The location was closed to a lot of stores and restaurants and the staff was helpful when I needed to get COVID Tested.The pool was clean and the water was a nice temperature.. The place was clean. And the beds were comfortable.And the air conditioner and heater worked good. And the walk in shower was nice with cold and hot water.

They didn't give many towels each day I was there. I requested that they didn't have to clean my room but i didn't like the room check before I left as if we may have stolen something. If something was stolen or broken they had my credit card number. I didn't like they didn't have parking for my husband car . And I didn't like that they didn't even offer free coffee or any pastels. And the television didn't have a good picture or many channels to choose from.

It was close to the centro

I had a room at the back of the hotel so didn’t notice any noise from the club next door. Comfy bed, hot shower, air con, good wifi.
