there were a lot of homeless people all around the area

The location is central. The view is beautiful. The apartment is fairly large.
Really worn out. Inadequate cleaning in bathroom. No AC in living area, only in the bedrooms. The AC in the second bedroom is a portable unit that is incredibly noisy.

Apartment is in 27th floor of tower block so good views down below of crazy Santiago traffic.
Plenty of space for 2, would be ok for 3 but small for 4
Equipment is adequate
Swimming pool is on 2nd floor and is lovely
Very noisy traffic but we got used to that.
Quite perplexing to start with as we just had a door code and didn’t know which apartment to go to but very helpful concierge at entrance to the tower block helped us.
Washing machine is coin operated on 1st floor of tower block, not in the apartment itself.
