Location is excellent. No security issues helpful in organising transport. Hair dryer was replaced without fuss. Much appreciated.
Patio on ground floor had not been cleaned for ages and we could not enjoy the table and chairs.

La amabilidad de Javiera que nos recibió el primer día, nos dió indicaciones. Muy amable y atenta, nos hizo sentir muy cómodos, nos recibió con una sonrisa.
Además, y a pesar que no hay desayuno te obsequian unos snack. Además hay infusiones en el salón. Excelente atención. Para nosotros un 10 y somos viajeros frecuentes.

A equipe é sensacional, todos muito solícitos, o quarto simplesmente lindo e confortável, a proximidade com os outros bairros e tranquilidade de providência, simplesmente perfeito. Só tenho a agradecer aos funcionários, minha estadia foi incrível.

El personal es increíble, todos son muy serviciales, la habitación es simplemente hermosa y cómoda, la cercanía a otros barrios y la tranquilidad de providencia, simplemente perfecta. Solo tengo que agradecer al personal, mi estadía fue increíble.
O café da manhã na verdade é um complemento, vem igual todos os dias, é só pra te ajudar a complementar o café da manhã.

Great to find a 2 bedroom apartment with housekeeping in Providencia. Front desk people were really helpful and friendly. Nice neighborhood, short walk to restaurants at Manuel Montt.
The living room could've had a desk and more comfortable couch. Breakfast bags they supplied each day had only high-fructose items.

Location was great for us. It was near where my son was living and close to restaurants, stores and metro stations.
Apartment needed some work - for example, the sofa was torn and taped.

Great apartment for any stay in Santiago. Walkable distance to Barrio Italia, Metro etc. Good, functional kitchen. Staff were very nice.
No fan in the living room so it was quite hot and stuffy, even with the window open.

One small air-conditioning unit in main bedroom, nothing in the rest of the place. A bit worn, an old fridge, chips and scuffs about the place.

The staff.. super friendly and helpful. Claudio is one who shines ! I can't remember all the names but the front desk staff was excellent housekeeping was very kind..
No phone in room , safe did not work , view was of a metal roof top of another building no screens on windows ...definitely needs a fresh paint job...2nd room is tiny! No luggage racks. And the 1 TV is in the bedroom .so you can only watch if your in bed in the one room..it should be in living room..in the kitchen ,paper towels are not provided., water kettle was old. I did not want to use .. we had to ask for toilet paper everyday. We were 3 adults in a two bedroom ,oh and no bottle opener, the only one they had was in the lobby and so bad even a gentleman had a really hard time opening a bottle of wine
Why I would consider going back is the Staff!! They were wonderful!!

Awesome location, 24hs door, very clean when we arrive (3 day stay so wasn't necessary to change towels and clean the floor)
They didn't take out the garbage on a 3 days stay, maybe because of the pandemic.
