L’appartement est bien placé, proche du métro et du tram. L’appartement est à deux arrêts de l’acropole.

Clean, comfortable, beautiful, full functioning equipment all in one in the perfect flat.
We have hot water to take a
brief shower, we cook big meal in the kitchen, we always have ice water and ice with cool beer because of quickly ice-made fridge. We always have clean clothes because of the nice washing machine and big balcony to hang on all clothes.
It's quite easy and safe for us to walk 8 minutes to the metro and 3 minutes to supper markets.

Duży apartament, wygodne łóżka, dobrze wyposażony, klimatyzacja, ekpres do kawy, pralka. Czysta i wygodna łazienka z dużym prysznicem. Świetna okolica, czuliśmy się bezpiecznie, blisko tramwaj nad morze i metro, sklepik i piekarnia na tej samej ulicy. Łatwy kontakt z właścicielem. Polecam, na pewno wrócimy.

Appartamento dotato di tutti i comfort e in buona posizione per visitare le maggiori attrazioni di Atene. 5 minuti a piedi dalla stazione della metropolitana Neos Cosmos.
Si può migliorare: la biancheria da letto e da bagno non è abbastanza adeguata ai comfort dell’appartamento. Inoltre la casa risulta un po’ polverosa. L’attenzione ai dettagli migliorerebbe molto la valutazione generale.

Pleasant, bright, quiet and spacious apartment .All working devices. Owner very helpful, very good and quick contact. The location near the red metro line and the tram makes it easy to move around the city. I reccommend.

Super location, close to both metro and tram.
Hotel like renovated appartement in very good condition.
Clean and dity.
From washing machine to iron, everything is inside.
Even has a wide balcony and a table there.
I hope next time I visit Athens, I can find here free again.

I liked the localisation, nearby is excellent pizza, subway, supermarket.
I liked the on AC, a short time before we arrived, so the apartment was cool inside.

i arrive at late night and insite the building was dark .. difficult to find lift.
