Innside Yogyakarta is exceeding my expecation, i oftenly stayed around the Malioboro or Prawirotaman area, turns out the ring road view is very nice. I love the white themed room and spacious bathroom. The inifinity pool was outsanding

Nothing to be honest, the views uploaded in the site do not match with the actual site condition. We upgraded our room and paid extra, just to get the Mt. Merapi view. Unfortunately, it was a petrol pump view and back side of the hotel, nothing spectacular for which an extra amount was demanded.

Poor cleanliness, housekeeping standards were extremely subpar. Bedsheet was stained, there were strands of hair EVERYWHERE - on the floor, in the bathroom, on the toilet seat, we were so uncomfortable that we asked for a change of room after we arrived but the new room they offered was not any better. It's a shame that we had to leave immediately close to midnight to find a better hotel and hotel refused to take responsibility and refund us.

1] Rooms are decent size , calm and comfortable. Still in good shape.
2] Location is quite strategic to all places.... South shore, Borobudur, Prambanan Temples, Malioboro street etc
3] Breakfast spread is quite extensive and good.
4] Car Parking Valet service was excellent. No hassles for parking after a long day out with family. Commendable Service.
5] Strong Wifi connectivity.

1] Breakfast :
- Service at Breakfast was Very poor. Most of the items kept finishing and you have to keep calling the staff to re-fill. And on low booking days, service staff was almost non-existent !
- 2 out of 3 days they served just served sour-juice ! Being an international chain, you need to keep Majority choice in mind....like Orange/Mango/watermelon etc !
- You need to have a proper coffee machine in place instead of serving cheap hand-mixed coffee.
- Bakery items need some serious review & upgradation !
2] Room amenities :
- They don't have any cup-boards for clothes !! Amazing that such a reputed name doesn't have shelves for clothes !!
- Missing iron & ironing table. Doesn't fit well in the cost we pay for the room.
- Found stains on the bedsheet ! Not a good impression on the first day itself ! I really wanted to rate the hotel poor...but the other overall service brought me back to normal !

The simplicity of the set up but still with character
given its minimalist design, it was so easy to spot the stains on the wall, the floor. bathroom shower’s yellowed flooring has to be scrubbed clean, and the drain already clogs!

First time go inside, I was feel clean and like comfy.
But it's change my mind, because of Bad Receptionist as customer service
But after check in, I got some bad experience with receptionist and room.
1. First this hotel really digging your money, everything your request will be got extra charge.
2. The refrigerator not cool enough I think better the AC than the refrigerator. It's just like being a display in the room.. even I request tp change it, it still same.
3. And I really don't like the receptionist really really bad service for all every hotel I ever comes.
Everything I asking for will got charge, or she will tell u *We can not / That's Impossible " than OK we will TRY / OK Noted*
She's like didn't trust their customer Everything we said. And even not smile at all. Not nice for the first time 😕
4. When my friend used the shower, the water go out to the room, because the floor so flat, no barrier for higher water so had some flood until the room area. really weird design. And the Receptionist was BAD Service. Can't act fast respond. Just said sorry is it making u lower than us ???
5. if u charge me for food but I just want late check out only 30 min and I just arrived in Borobudur, it's takes time to go to until Hotel, but she want to charge us just only 30min ? Is it make sense ???

6. It's far away from the city but the price almost same with the Novotel Malioboro. I was stayed the NOVOTEL everything OK no complaint at all.
I don't care if the room not really good or anything else, but Receptionist must be kind and politely.
Because they will become ur FACE AND UR REVIEW.
U MUST TRAINING UR RECEPTIONIST TO BE KIND AND SMILE, AND PLEASE IF CUSTOMER SAID ANYTHING don't immediately give a thousand reasons, just check and see what we complain about. it's also for the good of the Hotel.

We booked at this hotel a Rp 836 thousands room, with terrace and mountain Merapi view.
When we arrived at the hotel, they gave us an unexpected and dissapointing room. It is on the second floor and what we can see from the terrace were just houses or buildings (forget mountain Merapi view :)). The room was also very unclean. So we had to ask another room that is decent for us as a guess and as promised as well (mountain Merapi view)..

The walls and doors of the rooms are not very thick so you can sometimes hear other guests at night in the hallway and rooms.
Location okay if you want to stay outside of the city but expect a 30 min journey into the city.
