Location was close to town, easy walk. Quiet location but close to the lake.

Perfect. Had everything we needed for self- catered stay. Beautifully appointed, clean, comfortable, private. Walk to the town was quite okay. It was an especially pretty neighbourhood with so many well-cared-for gardens, all in bloom. An excellent choice we’d highly recommend.

Good location in a quiet area of town but close enough to walk in. spacious and comfy with home like feel.

Due to a long day and drive from Mount Cook we were very late arriving but a member of staff met us to give us the keys. We asked why they didn’t have a key lockbox and she said because it was a small business and they were concerned about security but the very next morning we noticed key lockboxes outside the main door! very strange! Also we were told we would have to pay $35 per hour after 8pm. Thankfully we challenged it and didn’t have to pay.

Modern and generally well equipped.

The noise from the upstairs apartment was horrendous. We shared the same external entry with the upstairs apartment and then two separate doors to the two apartments off a shared lobby but the one key opened both doors so presumably would have opened the next door apartment and vice versa. The apartment had a spa bath but no bath plug.

clean and tidy with all the facilities needed gor a comfortable stay.

sadly there was no view from the living area. it was quite cool and dark in the living area which would be cosy in the winter, but we found ourselves upstairs in the bedroom enjoying the sun and view alot of the time.

We booked this appartment last year as well so we knew the place.

Still no air conditioning. It gets extremely hot upstairs even with all windows open. Family did not sleep well due to heat inside.
