Great view and proximity to the beach

The house probably needs a bit more of a clean between guests, such as dusting and the floors. A few things are probably due for a refresh and are a bit dated, beds, linen, towels, games etc From an accessibility point of view the taps are very difficult to turn on and off and I imagine someone with limited strength would struggle FYI

The location is world class. The house was comfortable and roomy. We feel like we had value for money despite having to do our own cleaning on arrival. Smart TV gave us access to Netflix which we all enjoyed. We had good weather while there and were able to enjoy the wonderful deck facing the bay. Good hot water in showers A real positive is that recycling and composting facilities are available - encouraging the proper disposal of green waste is a first for us and the owners should be lauded for responsible waste disposal.

Two bedrooms have no outside windows. Tables and lounge surfaces were dirty when we arrived and had to be cleaned by us. Two lamps in one bedroom needed new bulbs - the cleaner needs to be tasked with checking that everything is working for the next guests. Side window leaked in the rain. Oven grill tray was dirty. Some pans hadn't been cleaned properly.

Very clean, tidy and spacious enough for two families although we were only four. All necessary kitchen utensils and daily necessities for the family are all available. What I like most is that it faces Emu Bay, the scenery is very good.

On opening kitchen cupboards found mice droppings. This has happened before according to comments in visitors book. Windows need cleaning better. Dead flies and cobwebs visible on other side of glass. Dust on floors in corners throughout the house. DVD player not working - not loading disc. Gas heater very hard to fire up. Rarely could get more than one burner working. Back door entrance very shabby, untidy and screen door rusty and dirty.

Location and the all the amenities provided

Should have a lock in toilet and bathroom. Going with a group of different people sometimes makes it uncomfortable.

Could have been cleaner inside. Some of the bed spreads had stains. Something was splashed on the wall by the main bedroom door frame.

The house is in great location we come there yearly , we love the verandah area The property is very spacious, have all the kitchen equipment and many more The price of the property is very fair as well

The property needs some love, as we come there yearly and same sheets on beds that are very old , the pillows are extremely old and hard to sleep on Some spring cleaning require as a lot of dust everywhere and the furniture very old . Unfortunately we have decided to stay elsewhere next year due to the cleanliness as we do have a small child 2 years old he was extremely bitten all over overnight all over his body so not sure maybe bed bugs or something.
