Lovely view from the lounge area especially for sunrises. Secure, off street parking. Comfortable lounge.

No heating in bedrooms or bathroom. No clothes dryer and the folding drying rack was rusty and covered in dirt. No decent coffee pods for the machine. Full jug of boiled water in the fridge on arrival please.

Sunny Brae was a great base to explore Kangaroo Island. The house was spacious, with a great kitchen and comfortable lounges. Loved the deck and the views to the bay made for a relaxing holiday break. Excellent communication from Christine and wonderful tips for things to do and see.

The pillows were a bit hard.

Loved the big verandah, it was great for breakfast and dinner with a lovely view. The location was good, 17km to Kingscote meant it gave us a few dining options. The Emu Bay beach was a short walk and very nice and although we didn't swim we did enjoy walking along it. The house was well equipped with good cooking utensils. It was very quiet and peaceful and we were visited by kangaroos every night. We would stay again.

Sliding Door locks didn't work, so first attempt to lock them was frustrating. Then just used Laundry door.

Emu bay is an amazing place to stay and we were only 50mtrs from beach

Excellent location, very well equipped kitchen. Just a short walk to the beach. very kid friendly as they had great collection of games. would highly recommend this property!

Sunny Brae was a clean and spacious property. The location was very good, only a short walk to the beach. Communication was also very good with clear instructions for entry and the provision of information for activities and places to visit. I found everything I needed in the kitchen and the Wi-Fi was excellent. I took advantage of the washing machine at the premises and there was a very good BBQ at the rear of the property, however, the highlight for me of the premises was the large deck at the front of the property with a good outdoor setting, which I used every morning for coffee and in the evening for a sundowner while enjoying the fantastic view of the Bay. I would thoroughly recommend this property and will definitely use it again if I’m on the Island.

Brilliant location and very well priced. We had a very relaxing time as set up is fabulous. Stayed here twice and have re booked.

Lovely outlook from verandah and just a small walk to beach. Next time will bring the fishing rod to try fishing off the jetty. Lovely picturesque spot. We even had a drive on the beach.

Spacious lawn for the children to run around on.
