Loved the location, right by the beach. It was peaceful. Teresa the owner was wonderful, makes you feel right at home.

The location was fantastic. Just 15 meters to the beach. All great restaurants are close by. The host provided an umbrella and a couple of chairs to use at the beach. The sea was great. It was cool enough to swim immediately.

There is only one air conditioner in the apartment. It was hard to sleep at night due to the high temperature. The ventilation does not help.

The apartment is on the beach front, literally 10 meters to the sand! The beach itself is fantastic, very long, nice sand, waves are just right as this is part of a bigger bay. The owner is super responsive from the first contact and very nice person. Check-in/check out was quick and easy. The place is well looked after, decently decorated and clean. Towels, shower gel, dishwashing tablets, washing powder, coffee supply were provided, which is great Fantastic view of the sea from the balcony - excellent for morning coffee or dinner for two. The apartment is very spacious - we are family of 2 adults + 3 older children and we had plenty of space, three decent bedrooms and a large living room.

Let me emphasise that we liked everything about this apartment as our objective was spending as much time on the beach as possible to catch last rays of sunshine before the winter. However, If you are after daily sightseeing, please note that this place is around 30 mins away from the Alicante town centre. Also, If you intend to use this apartment for 6 adults, you might consider that it has only one bathroom. If you have smaller children and are coming in the summer then you might perhaps search for apartments that have swimming pool at the site (this one does not). For us beach/sea was the main target, so not an issue.
