so so super super friendly/kind/sweet staff! they were very heartwarning especially the youngh lady who checked us out/made sure our breakfast was good. breakfast was very nice. room was perfect. nice working hottube. also a nice view.

The room looked good and was a good size.

Hotel was advertised by booking.com as having a spa (and the hotel description still says it has one) despite spa being out of order. Dead fly in my shower. Shower sprang a big leak as soon as I started running it. A panel on the bathroom wall had been left off, exposing the pipes behind it. Had a hotel bar but no one staffing it and the door was locked. All foreign channels on the room TV were scrambled. Not so much as a bottle of water or tea bag in the room to have a drink. Receptionist, who I had to call out to to get his attention off his phone when I arrived, gave no me introductory information at all, simply handed me a key card then sat down again. Just a bad experience all round. Given the location was inconvenient for accessing the city I just gave up on my first night and found somewhere else to stay.

This hotel is part of a small group and is focused on style and luxury. Their other hotel on spa and wellness. Our room was on the top floor with an enormous balcony where you have a nice view over the town. The service of the staff was great and helpful. From here we went for a five day long hiking trip and we were allowed (with no extra charge) to leave are extra luggage behind in the office of the manager.

To be honest: nothing! You can see this country is developing and they're really trying to make you feel a guest and they succeeded every way.

The staff is so kind and hospitable. They accommodated early checkin request and guided for local contacts to arrange Koman lake tour. They also gave us a free upgrade on next day stay to Executive Suite but we had to leave for another place far down south. We were leaving for Koman lake tour early in the morning before breakfast timing so they arranged to pick the breakfast for us well ahead of time, I have never experienced this before Ms. Isabelle at the reception is so knowledgeable and guided us very well.

Staff super pro, cleaning ladies, cook, réception, all very pro and super sympatic. English very good, the girl at the réception, very helpful. Cleaning very good.

Very loud, sounds from the street all night... trucks in gaz station going backward, dogs healing, baby crying in other rooms, like zéro Insulation :( Wifi in the room too weak, almost no signal, room 404, not possible watching Netflix for ex.

Nice, clean and shiny hotel room with the best staff right from the reception, with Valentin & Izabella to the restaurant manager and chef who were so kind to serve us a lavish vegetarian breakfast throughout our stay including a proper breakfast to go in the morning for one of our day trips that lasted us beyond lunch. The staff was extremely polite and very friendly whom we enjoyed spending time with and was one of the highlights of the trip. Must stay here when in Shkoder

Very good location and great personnel, especially if you plan on doing a hike from Valbone to Theth as they allowed us to leave our luggage there while we did the hike. also great service when it came to breakfast as we didn’t expect that they’d pack it for us early in the morning, but they did and the variety of food was amazing. not to mention the great location from the city center as it’s in walking distance from everything. truly recommend it when needing a place to stay in Shkoder

We were the only guests at the hotel but the staff was super nice and they even made breakfast just for us. The jacuzzi in the spa area is also nice.

The hotel is far from the city centre.

The main issue for me was how cold the room was. The thermostat was set to 30c yet the room was frigid. This is January, and without a good thermostat the room was too cold for me.

Since I entered the hotel I felt like I’m at home Very respectful receptionists and the staff and very helpful too. The room was so good comfortable beds clean rooms delicious breakfast what I can ask more . The location is kind of far from the center and makes it pretty quiet at night time. Also I would like to thank Mr. silver the manager of the hotel and Mr.Vacentine For the great hospitality and help. If you are going to go to Shkodër Do not miss the hotel

Very helpful and friendly staff! Helped us book a tour to Komani Lake (not easy this time of year) and also made us a very generous breakfast to go since we were leaving early in the morning. Highly recommended hotel with large and glamourous rooms!

The room was fabulous, so spacious and elegantly decorated.

No mini bar available in the room

We had the best stay in Shkodër due to the hotel. The kitchen was even so nice to prepare breakfast for us on the go, as we had to go see the shala river. Can definitely recommend this!
